I too unfortunately stood before a closed door with my family. Disappointed as can be. The realtor doesn't pick up when you call and doesn't respond on WhatsApp either. No more business with this company for me. Response to the message below from I4 Housing: 'This does not align with the service we offer as a real estate agency and what we stand for.' Why aren't calls picked up or returned? My family and I stood in front of the house for over 30 minutes without any contact. Then it is said that a call was made, and another says an email was sent. Very strange when people don’t know what each other are doing. No emails were overlooked, I checked it about 30 times. It's very unfortunate that things had to go this way. I would not think this is a pleasant experience for prospective buyers either.
