My experience with Buise Doedijns Agents was frankly a disaster. Despite our clear financial stability and the history of multiple (currently running) rental properties in NL, they are holding us back with endless requests for additional information, causing us to waste about 3 weeks of our time without making any real progress (there is still no agreement signed / correspondence continues as usual). Their incompetence is appalling, characterized by failing to provide basic details such as a possible move-in date or approval reference. upgrades (costs are covered by us!). Clear communication? Practically non-existent. Professionalism? Nowhere to be found. This brokerage is the epitome of inefficiency and poor service in the Wassenaar real estate market (speaking from experience since we already/currently rent a house there). Note: I am writing this review prior to an actual response from the agent (Jet), because I have already decided to move on unless we see a 180-degree turn in their attitude and service quality. I strongly advise against wasting your time with Buise Doedijns Agents. Look elsewhere for your real estate needs.
