My experience with Buise Doedijns Agents has been downright disastrous. Despite our clear financial stability and the many (currently ongoing) rental agreements in the Netherlands, they continue to pester us with endless requests for additional information, causing us to waste about three weeks of our time without making any progress (there is still no agreement reached / there is still correspondence going on). Their incompetence is obvious, as evidenced by their failure to provide basic details such as a potential moving date or approval reference for upgrades (costs are at our expense!). Clear communication? Almost non-existent. Professionalism? Nowhere to be found. This real estate agency is the epitome of inefficiency and poor service in the Wassenaar property market (speaking from personal experience, since we already/currently rent a house there). Note: I am writing this review before an actual response from the realtor (Jet), because I have already decided to move on unless we see a 180-degree turn in their attitude and service quality. I strongly advise you not to waste your time with Buise Doedijns Makelaars. Look elsewhere for your real estate needs.
