My experience with Buise Doedijns Agents was a complete disaster. Despite our clear financial stability and a history of multiple (ongoing) rental properties in the Netherlands, we are overwhelmed with endless requests for additional information. This costs us about three weeks of our time without making any real progress (still no agreement reached / the correspondence is still ongoing). Their incompetence is appalling, as evidenced by the fact that they do not provide basic data such as a possible move-in date or approval for renovations (costs that we ourselves have to bear!). Clear communication? Virtually non-existent. Professionalism? Nowhere to be found. This real estate agency is the epitome of inefficiency and poor service on the real estate market in Wassenaar (I speak from experience, as we already rent a house there). NB: I am writing this review before I have received a response from the agent (Jet), because I have actually already decided to move forward, unless their attitude and service quality change radically. I strongly advise you not to waste your time on Buise Doedijns Agents. Look elsewhere for your real estate needs.
