Very unreliable realtor! They play unfair games and completely ignore bidding deadlines. Instead of following a transparent process, they manipulate the sale by only informing their preferred buyers and giving them the opportunity to outbid. This is pure fraud and utterly unprofessional. Vaak waren we te laat voor een bezichtiging of was het huis al verkocht voordat het op Funda stond. Daarom besloten we een aankoopmakelaar in te schakelen, ondanks dat we eerst dachten het zelf te kunnen. Achteraf bleek dit de slimste keuze die we hadden kunnen maken. We gingen op zoek naar een aankoopmakelaar die actief was in de buurten waar wij zochten. Na het versturen van 14 e-mails planden we 10 kennismakingsgesprekken in. Elke makelaar had wel een goed verhaal, of ze nu werkten bij een groot kantoor of als zelfstandig makelaar. Sommige waren heel proactief, terwijl anderen juist terughoudend waren en pas tijdens een tweede afspraak actief mee zouden zoeken. Wij wilden echter iemand die direct met ons mee zou denken en ons zou helpen om snel te reageren op nieuwe woningen. Tijdens de gesprekken viel er één makelaar op: Chey & Sharon van Swaneveld Estate. Ze vroegen ons hoe we het zouden aanpakken met de overbrugging van vaste lasten en hoe ons budget daarbij paste. Dat niveau van meedenken hadden we bij geen enkele andere makelaar gezien. Op dat moment wisten we eigenlijk al dat we voor hen zouden kiezen, ondanks dat er ook andere kandidaten waren waar we een goed gevoel bij hadden.
