Communication could have been better. Could have taken a more active stance. Competence is not called into question.

No professionalism. We came to inquire about a property that we wanted to buy in the Renkum area. The person who helped us was rude and impolite. He asked if we had enough money to buy a house and how much. I came with my daughter, who is not yet 30, and she immediately dismissed us and referred us to a mortgage lender. She didn't even let me explain that we had a significant amount of money, as we recently sold a property in Spain. We are absolutely not going to buy anything through this office.

The real estate agent I chose proved to be extremely involved. Even when the viewings subsided, he knew how to motivate and ultimately received the asking price. As a result, I received a very good price.

The contact was smooth and accommodating, friendly but also businesslike and problem-solving, and provides good advice.

Urgent advice: stay far away from this office. Narcissism at its peak. You are lied to in your face and strung along for weeks, because who knows, they might still try to sell you a property (in which you have absolutely no interest). Disgraceful. NVM: are you reading this? My response to the answer from T&T Makelaars: 1. I am not talking about telephone contact moments anywhere, but about all moments. Including the 3 minutes (!) we were present at your office yesterday. We almost left immediately then, because it turned out that we had come to the office for a property that had already been sold (which I incidentally inquired about by phone that same morning!). Clearly with the intention of pushing an remaining terraced house onto us. Scan-da-lig! 2. We never asked to have a building number reserved for us for weeks. However, we did ask if you could inform us by telephone in case of other seriously interested parties. That was promised and not done. We were very serious about this property (Don Bosco in Renkum, nr. 38) and intended to purchase it. It's bizarre when it turns out that you have been on the bench all along (the 'new' buyers didn't actually appear out of thin air..) and strung along. Missed several viewings and options because we were going for this property. Truly unheard of. 3. Nothing has ever been communicated to us multiple times. Stop with the lies! Learn to treat people respectfully and stick to your code of honor. 4. One more tip: it's not done (AVG, are you familiar?) to show personal data and communication between you and the buyer (of nr. 38) to outsiders (us). Besides the fact that your lies became even less credible by showing a printed email exchange, you violate privacy legislation. You, as the owner, should definitely know that.

I have experienced the brokers at Timmer&Timmer as very expert and involved.!!! My house was sold quickly and they were always willing to help and think along. In short, definitely recommend!!!!!!

What a worthless realtor. I understand the other negative reviews now. No knowledge of real estate and appraisals. That's why they don't sell anything but only buy (be careful, see other reviews, they don't know the market and will let you pay 100,000 euros too much). I came for a simple appraisal quote of 500 euro, when I received the bill it was 800 euro. Very unreliable and unskilled - a warned consumer counts for two!

Appraisal | friendly, service-oriented. Quick and reliable follow-up. Only ultimately surprised by the justification of market value and certain sentences/claims in the report. Most striking examples, average asking price of neighborhood in report (#36 sold houses) significantly below average asking price funda (#40, of which 30 already sold). Quite important in a housing market with rising prices. Also, measured living space m2 considerably less than what I bought. Less allocated living space affects the appraisal value as you can imagine. Therefore not satisfied substantively. However, a suitable solution has been found for this.
