There, she conveyed all the information well and her friendly and persuasive personality appealed to me very much. Within a day, Brigitte already came by and two days later my apartment was already on funda with beautiful photos and a video. Viewings could be scheduled quickly. The end result? The property was sold within 1.5 weeks after being listed on funda for an amount I wouldn't have dared to hope for. I want to recommend Brigitte with 5 stars, she is truly a breath of fresh air, communicates super clearly and quickly, and you can feel that she really wants to work for you and the sale of your house. Highly recommended!

04 Sep 2025Jillis Baggerman is a worthless realtor. Integrity is nowhere to be found. Some time ago, we overbid on a house by 105,000 euros, and this realtor refused to pass this on to the seller because eerlijk bieden.nl would be used. A realtor is obliged to pass on EVERY bid. Furthermore, there are now all sorts of defects in the property that he should have reported, but he did not properly inspect the house and did not visit certain rooms, according to him, because things were in the way. So, in other words, this realtor sells a car but isn't sure if it has an engine. We tried to have a conversation with him, but he only comes up with accusations and, even worse, doesn’t have the decency to let you finish speaking. This realtor stated that he would prefer to go to court than we will sort it out. Are there more people with negative experiences with this realtor? I urge you to report here so we can take action together.

21 Jun 2025We are very pleased with the service provided by Ginkel Bemmelen. 7 years ago we viewed 4 homes with 3 different real estate agents. After 2 viewings by Ginkel Bemmelen, we already decided then: If we ever sell our house, we want to do it through them. No smooth sales talk with them. They take the time, are honest about the house and when they don't have an answer immediately, they look it up for you. Half a year ago, we invited them for a non-binding valuation of our property. Marcelle from Ginkel advised us based on our story to view a property that we had initially not found attractive. It was worth the effort! In reality, the house turned out to be much warmer and more cozy than what appeared in the photos. We placed a bid which was accepted. Subsequently, the real estate agent helped us sell our home. There's a lot involved in that! The communication throughout the entire process has been very competent, smooth and correct. Although it is their daily work to help people buy/sell houses, all employees consciously realize that it concerns people and that it is special, exciting and an unusual event for them. They are committed and empathetic. Truly top!

Patrick has a lot of building knowledge, which was very useful in terms of extra information during viewings. Initially, we found a house ourselves, engaged Patrick as a purchasing agent, and immediately had a positive result. We ultimately decided to back out after much deliberation, for which the real estate agent showed full understanding. Afterwards, an official search request was placed, which proved to be a challenge because it wasn't entirely clear to us what scenario we wanted, and where. What found houses sometimes stood in the way of the result as well. We weren’t 'easy' / straightforward, so to speak. Always pleasant contact, highly appreciated. Ultimately, we did find a beautiful place, viewed it, and made an offer. Exactly right: it was bingo. Thank you Patrick, Marjorie and Jurgen! We certainly recommend you!
