During the time that the craziness in the housing market had subsided, our house sold within 2 months. Real estate agents are fine. They think along well and know the market very well. They keep to their agreements. But the back office is a drama. Sloppy, slow and incomplete. They say they will put our house on social media and don't do it, we have to call them 3 times to receive a blank list of items, send incorrect payment reminders... mistakes can happen but this is structural. I think that because of this, we didn't get the optimal price for our house.
