Wat een vreselijke ervaring met deze makelaar. Op het eerste gezicht lijkt Raymond een heel fatsoenlijk, eerlijk en professioneel persoon. Na mijn ervaring kan ik je alleen maar waarschuwen; als hij de kans krijgt, zal hij je bedriegen en oplichten!

Helaas een zeer slechte ervaring gehad. We hadden een mondelinge overeenkomst over de koopsom incl. ontbindende voorwaarden voor de aankoop van de eigen woning van deze makelaar, waar tevens het kantoor gevestigd was: Eikenlaan 45 te Zwanenburg. Deze afspraken zijn meerdere malen telefonisch en per mail bevestigd. Door dhr. De Jong is letterlijk aangegeven dat "hij te vertrouwen was", "we een deal hadden" en "hij alleen nog wat bezoekjes door liet gaan zodat andere makelaars ook het idee hadden dat ze nog een kans maakten". Die laatste opmerking zegt eigenlijk al genoeg over de integriteit. Het koopcontract was al in de maak en we hadden al een kopie van onze paspoorten opgestuurd. Uiteindelijk worden we vlak voor het ondertekenen onder druk gezet om ons bod toch zonder voorbehoud van financiering te doen. Deze makelaar kwam ineens terug op waar al een week overeenstemming over was en dwong ons letterlijk om een enorm risico te nemen of maar de handdoek in de ring te gooien. In makelaarsland zullen dit soort praktijken vast de normaalste zaak van de wereld zijn, maar wat ons betreft is deze makelaar niet te vertrouwen. Heel bijzondere manier van werken. Doe er je voordeel mee.
