The collaboration with realtor Dennis Putzes went very smoothly and pleasantly; he takes the time (he is also very flexible for those who want to view, so everyone who has serious interest gets a chance!), thinks along well, consults in a pleasant way, provides timely feedback, and fulfills appointments clearly and distinctly. The property was sold quickly and well: a big compliment for Dennis and his team!

Super bad and unfriendly. If you, as an entrepreneur, come to Zwanenburg in Zwanenburg to start a business, I wouldn't do that. I walked in to ask about a store that is coming available for rent and was confronted by a young man with “you’re the aggressive boy, that’s how I know you” like what?!? I did have a conflict back then and the reason for it is exactly how they approach customers and especially how they deal with foreigners. I won't let myself be driven away by you, make sure you know that. I have my house and my store here. Nothing is allowed to you and they are the biggest racists. The way you’re addressed is really ridiculous. Regret that I ever had business dealings with these people back then because of buying a house and renting a store and that they earned something through me. Because nothing at all is allowed to me by this party. They want to make themselves and their surroundings big, foreigners NO WAY! First learn how to welcome customers and how to treat good customers. Instead of making such remarks to customers who want to do business and make this small village more well-known/cozy. I don’t need that store anymore either, just give it to your fellow villagers. Fake smiling in your face but it's so obvious that you are full of racism inside.

Clear agreements that were punctually adhered to by the real estate agent. The real estate agent was pleasant and all information was proactively shared. A short summary was given after each viewing. In short, a pleasant experience with a good result.
