It was very unpleasant to work with the sales broker of Van den Berk & Kerkhof. There was a lot of miscommunication. In addition, the broker didn't get back to me for days (and once even weeks) on several occasions, despite repeated phone calls, voicemails and emails. Even with a final offer, he did not have the decency to inform me as a potential buyer. He also made inappropriate comments in a joint conversation with the sellers.
