After some troubles, very well assisted and appointments kept!

Arrogant, poorly accessible and you can't make an appointment with these guys. If you think you have bought a house, they quickly buy it away in front of your eyes. Be careful with these guys. They search for houses on Facebook, approach private sellers, offer/assess the house very low and try to buy it themselves. If this fails, they wait until a buyer makes an offer that the seller accepts and then buy the property away in front of your eyes. This is not a real estate agent but house speculators.

They guided us very well through the purchase of our apartment, which would not have succeeded without (haste).

Status: Still a property listed that has not been available for rent for a long time.

Super positief over Van Nunen. Sanne heeft ons geholpen bij de taxatie en heeft dit op zeer korte termijn weten waar te maken. Ik zou ze 100% aanraden.

Mark heeft ons huis in het buitengebied, met lopende Airbnb, verkocht. Na een minder goede ervaring met een andere makelaar bracht hij direct vertrouwen. Hij begreep écht hoeveel potentie deze plek had, zowel zakelijk als in beleving. Hij wist precies de juiste doelgroep te vinden en bracht het privé en het zakelijke op een natuurlijke manier samen. Zijn aanpak was rustig, doordacht en strategisch. Uiteindelijk heeft hij een perfecte deal gesloten. Wat voor ons extra bijzonder is: de koper wil verdergaan waar wij gebleven waren in de ontwikkeling van deze plek. Dat voelt heel goed.
