Bad service. Save yourself the time and look for a house through another real estate agent
Worthless bunch of testicles company. Scheduling a viewing is impossible. Called multiple times and they promise to call you back but they don't. Contact via email is also hopeless. They apparently don’t want to sell you a house, and it's clear that they are playing favorites.
Marc is a friendly and helpful person who goes to great lengths for customer service.
'Although the property viewing was positive (received a more expensive property for viewing than advertised), it was disappointing not to receive any response or callback request from ''Marc le Noble'' rental company. It would be desirable if the rental company communicates more actively with potential tenants in the future, so that they remain informed about the progress of their applications. This contributes to a more transparent process and a better experience for all parties involved.' I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Worse than bad, it probably can't get any worse! Called 3/4 times, sent emails, no response. The only thing they tell you is, we will send you a questionnaire and then we will see if we can schedule a viewing. Final score, I filled out that form 4x + downloaded the app and created a profile via the app (with the same information) and still get no response. Discrimination really exists and Verhuur Pro does it openly.
This broker is more concerned with his own ego than the interests of his clients.
I have unfairly not received part of my deposit back and I had to pay mediation costs while they work for the landlord.
Questions about brokerage fees being illegal. Don't do business with them.
What a lovely experience I had with Verhuurpro! Due to my private circumstances, I didn't have a home and Verhuurpro helped me super quickly get a roof over my head. After 10 months, I was told that I must leave my apartment because the landlord is putting the apartment up for sale, and even there Verhuurpro calmed me down and said don't worry we will arrange something for you🙏 luckily everything turned out well thank you 😉 top service
Contract costs of €350 and not responding to my written letter… but yes to FlorijnIncasso, so I finally got my money back. Thank you, FlorijnIncasso! I got scammed with a request of €350 for “contract costs” (if you’re renting, Google what they are!), demanded that they pay them back, and they laughed at me. Luckily I asked FlorijnIncasso (a debt collection agency) and I finally got my money back.
Good experiences with this real estate agent, both with the sale of my old house and with renting another, nice property, and also arranging a lovely apartment for my oldest daughter in the meantime! Marc and the rest of the team are professional, honest and clear in their communication but without losing sight of humanity.

Very kind realtor helped me enormously in finding an apartment. Once found, the paperwork went smoothly and I was able to move in within a short time. Would definitely recommend it!

I haven't even been remotely close, so I don't understand this notification.
In the apartment there was 1 central heating system that I had to share with 2 other apartments. Each of us paid an advance payment of 100 euros. I haven't lived there for half a year now, and still need to receive the energy bill (GWL) for 2019 and also that of 2020. They don't respond to emails, and when you call them they say they will do something about it but they don't. They constantly blame the owner for the debt, while they are the point of contact and also profit from this... Also, there were all sorts of problems with the apartment; they are blatant scammers.

For both sales and rentals, everything is negotiable. Cooperative and correct handling. Finding the right tenants isn't just in our interests. But also with landlords, there was pressure to make a property available c.q. to rent out to a less proactive tenant. Top. No nonsense company.

Fraudster
Initially pleasant contact, but once the contract was signed things went wrong. Agreements are not kept, words are twisted, and they seem only to be after money. During the viewing, the real estate agent gave an uninterested impression. The door was opened. 'This is it then', and the mobile phone came out of his pocket. I have never seen anyone perform their job with so little interest before. Requesting a document now takes 18 days, in the meantime multiple telephone contacts have taken place, during which I was assured that I would receive a response as soon as possible. Even a callback request is ignored; I only managed to speak to someone by pure chance because he happened to pick up the phone. I strongly advise everyone not to use the services of VerhuurPro.
Terrible mediator! Let yourself be paid a lot just to be a mediator. Legally, this is not allowed. If you point this out to them, they don't respond at all. Don't fall for it!
