Amstel Real Estate Agency submitted an appraisal report which incorrectly stated the year my house was built and contained other incorrect data (they can easily retrieve the correct information from the municipality), and after I asked them to correct the inaccurate data, they gave me this response: 'The Nwwi has reviewed the content of the report and approved it in this way. For that reason, the report is correct and we will not change anything further.' One of the important steps that Amstel Macellarscantor took was: - Acceptance of the condition. - The payment has been made. - Accept their report with incorrect data. I would not recommend them..

Unreliable and very poor communication. If you as a customer encounter a problem, you hear nothing from them. They sell an expensive house that is only superficially cleaned on the outside but is actually a dilapidated building. Full of leaks, broken roof and doors, mold and much more that you discover when you live in it. Time after time I asked them if anything was broken that we should know about, and they lied to us. The seller of the house is even worse and less reliable than the real estate agent. Family Singh who neglected everything in the house. Kitchen cabinet with double tape stuck for sale. If you touch it, it comes off in your hands. A plastic sheet over the leak on the skylight instead of repairing, and so on. Reported to the real estate agent and also the seller with evidence and photos. But no one does anything naturally, because they have their money all in. Scandalous. So better not buy a house through this company.

Undoubtedly the best agency. I lived in one of their apartments for over two years. You can be sure that all major or minor problems will be resolved within minutes thanks to the quick responsiveness they have. Had the best cashier experience, even during this pandemic.
