For that reason, the report is correct and we will not change anything further.' Unreliable and very poor communication. If you as a customer encounter a problem, you hear nothing from them. They sell an expensive house that is only superficially cleaned on the outside but is actually a dilapidated building. Full of leaks, broken roof and doors, mold and much more that you discover when you live in it. Time after time I asked them if anything was broken that we should know about, and they lied to us. The seller of the house is even worse and less reliable than the real estate agent. Family Singh who neglected everything in the house. Kitchen cabinet with double tape stuck for sale. If you touch it, it comes off in your hands. A plastic sheet over the leak on the skylight instead of repairing, and so on. Reported to the real estate agent and also the seller with evidence and photos. But no one does anything naturally, because they have their money all in. Scandalous. So better not buy a house through this company.
