Bianca is super friendly and works in a very professional manner. Because the housing market is overheated you have to get started quickly and Bianca handled that quickly and adequately. I initially didn't want to sell my apartment, so I had it listed at too high a price at my request. But ultimately, due to the crazy legislation, we decided to sell it with a pain in my heart. I had brief contact with Bianca and received a neat and quick, clear feedback. She is open, transparent and likes to think along where needed (and feasible of course). Short note: 'DO NOT TRUST THEM, absolutely not!' They only want to deceive and fool you; they try to win your trust and then show their true colors. (They withheld 1500 euros of our money without any reason.) In our case, we rented a 45 square meter apartment from them, but they refused all our requests. They offered us an apartment with parking included at the same price as one without parking (which was unnecessary). When we were there, they wanted to charge us 250 euros just for electricity and water contracts! The worst happened when we checked out. Their employee had already checked in before we did and was very pleased about it. She said: 'Oh, everything is so clean and good,' took photos, spoke with us, and won our trust. So we handed over the keys and accepted the checkout without being present, so that we could go to our new location. They charged us 1500 euros for nothing. Can you imagine they charged 600 euros for cleaning a very clean apartment that we returned? Or for an IKEA chair of the lowest quality, slightly scratched, they asked 170 euros! Absolutely nothing, and they deducted this amount from our deposit, so we had to hire a lawyer and do a lot of back-and-forth negotiation, and then they paid back half!! We did not want to go to court and just accepted it. Be very careful with them, or you will regret going into business with them!

Ik vond Bianca Combee volstrekt onbetrouwbaar en zeer onprofessioneel. Nadat ik een advocaat in de arm had genomen en een rechtszaak tegen haar was begonnen, heeft ze uiteindelijk mijn borg en makelaarskosten terugbetaald. Het is echt jammer, want in het begin was ze erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en als kleine makelaar wilde ik dat ze succesvol zou zijn. Helaas heeft ze onrechtmatig makelaarskosten in rekening gebracht terwijl ze namens de verhuurder werkte en vervolgens geprobeerd mijn borg in te houden voor kapotte spullen die nooit in het ondertekende uitcheckrapport stonden vermeld. Omdat ze wist dat ik Nederland op de dag van de uitcheckdatum zou verlaten, heeft ze daar volledig misbruik van gemaakt en een groot deel van mijn borg ingehouden. In haar e-mails werd ze bovendien beledigend en arrogant om te voorkomen dat ik contact met haar opnam. Ik zou iedereen willen waarschuwen om Bianca Combee Housing Services te vermijden en een professionele makelaar te zoeken die je kunt vertrouwen. Ik zou ook aanraden contact op te nemen met de woningcorporatie Amstelveen, die veel klachten heeft ontvangen over Bianca Combee's Housing Services vanwege onprofessioneel gedrag. Very bad attitude. At first she is very hospitable and when you leave, she shows her true colors. We rented an apartment from her and when we left, she was so arrogant and didn't even speak to us properly, wouldn't listen and kept finding faults with us. She found endless faults and asked us to leave immediately after taking all the wrong pictures of the apartment. What a sneaky lady. In the end, she and the landlords asked us to pay an extra 6000 euros for damages that they are not even responsible for. Never trust her, never.

Quite an exciting moment to rent out your house for the first time but Bianca took the time to successfully remove this tension. I share my personal experience with this property management company. My family and I stayed in a fully furnished rental apartment managed by Bianca's firm from April 2018 to May 2019. 1. First of all, you should be aware that Bianca charges €300 plus service fees for calling an energy supplier and setting up an electricity contract. That is an outrageous price for a service which involves virtually no complexity or negligible effort and time. Lesson: Be alert to what you agree upon with her; usually she offers a service without indicating any intention of charging, then sends you a surprise invoice later on. 2. Expect that every request you make will be met with a 'no'. We rented a fully furnished apartment and our kitchen did not have blinds to keep out the summer sun. It was difficult to work in the kitchen during long summer days because sunlight would shine directly into your face. Since this is a basic provision that should be present in a furnished apartment, we asked Bianca to install roller blinds. To our great surprise, Bianca responded that roller blinds in kitchens are not 'standard' and if we wanted one, we had to arrange it ourselves at our own expense. We insisted that hanging up the blind would mean making holes in the walls. Interestingly enough, when she realized that she was inadvertently allowing us to make permanent changes to the property, she immediately complied with our first request (without any extra cost for us) on the grounds that she had received a special 'yes' from the landlord. Lesson: Bianca is an unfair woman. You must be smart and tactful to get her work done. Otherwise you will forever be stuck paying for all services which should have been paid by her company. 3. Expect to be bombarded with unreasonable and offensive requests. We were told that we could not enter our apartment when she was showing it to new tenants during our moving period. This happened several times a week over the course of a month. Fortunately, work kept us out of the house most of the time, but this attitude from the company can be quite bothersome for any home-staying family member. 4. Expect many surprises if you are not careful. When we moved, in the last week of April 2019, we told her that our moving date would be May 5th, 2019. We were unaware that the notice period was one calendar month and that staying longer (until May 5) meant paying rent for the entire month of June. However, Bianca was very clever about not mentioning this oversight, although ideally a professional should not overlook it. We were busy packing and already in the third week of May when Bianca suddenly brought up this issue and insisted we leave by the end of May or pay full rent for the month of June. It was clear that her intention was to mislead us so that we would pay the full rent for the month of June and make quick profits. Luckily, with help from friends, we managed to move out without much trouble, but Bianca's cunning left a bitter taste in our mouths. 4. Expect little or none of your deposit back: no matter how well you keep the house clean and everything in order. We hired professional cleaning services from a lady she had chosen before leaving the apartment. During inspection, she even indicated being impressed by how good the apartment looked. Ultimately, you will be surprised at the ridiculous amount of tricks this woman can come up with to deduct money from your deposit, including charging VAT for her incomprehensible service. Be prepared for surprises regarding the deposit. Bianca seems sweet and friendly. But do not be misled by her honeyed words and polished appearance. I don't understand why Indian expats are positive about her unfair ways. Perhaps they still need to feel the financial pressure of dealing with her.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Bianca Combee to everyone looking for a home in the area. Very professional, flexible and friendly service. She did everything she could to ensure that we moved into the house on the day we arrived in the Netherlands, and stayed with us until our last day in the country, thus saving us from having to stay in a temporary hotel room offered by my employer. She didn't stop there; she made sure from day one that the home had all necessary amenities (utilities/internet) up and running, which was simply fantastic. We were also offered cleaning help upon checkout when we couldn’t find a cleaning service that met our availability requirements. Throughout our entire stay, she was always available to help, even though she did not manage the rental property we lived in. We heard horror stories about realtors leaving tenants with their deposit, but Bianca insisted on a pre-check-out just to inform us about things people generally overlook during final cleaning. I am happy to report that no money was withheld from our case. I found her truly good and kind, and cannot think of any negative points I would want to mention. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Bianca again if I need another home in Amstelveen.

Luckily, they had a new apartment on their website within our budget within a few minutes. We quickly arranged a viewing and eventually got the apartment. She was very professional, always reachable throughout the entire process, and we even received a bottle of wine as a moving gift.

It has been almost 5 years since I rented my previous apartment. Never choose this greedy woman. She grew up in the US and looked good from the start. Do not let her fool you, she seems like a nice person on the surface. She charged me the entire month of agency fees and ultimately did not refund my whole deposit by colluding with the landlord to commit fraud. What is really terrible is that her father takes care of the maintenance of her properties and tries to defraud money. If you do not pay him because of his deceit, he can come knocking on your door during weekends and insult you. I would give this woman zero stars but unfortunately Google did not give me the option. By doing this to expats, Bianca, you definitely deserve to be paid back/settled for your illegal behavior.

My previous experience with Bianca was not a 5-star one, but acceptable. Yesterday, Bianca had to check out with my tenant. The date and time were agreed upon in advance. But at the agreed time, nobody from her showed up at the apartment. We tried calling her, but without success. She did not inform us beforehand that she would not come and has not contacted either of us (landlord and tenant) afterwards. She charged commission for this rental, but unfortunately does not want to deliver work for which she was paid. Such behavior is absolutely unprofessional and this is someone you cannot trust. Definitely not recommended.
