I initially didn't want to sell my apartment, so I had it listed at too high a price at my request. But ultimately, due to the crazy legislation, we decided to sell it with a pain in my heart. Bianca then set the price at market value and the viewings were neatly communicated by Jaime to the tenant who is living there. Everything was clearly discussed and I am very satisfied! Due to my lack of experience, as I have never dealt with the sale of a house before, I received very compassionate extra help where needed, see further the points in the assessment. As far as price/quality is concerned, I cannot yet fill anything in, the delivery/key handover must still take place.

I had brief contact with Bianca and received a neat and quick, clear feedback. She is open, transparent and likes to think along where needed (and feasible of course). Short note: “DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL!” They just want to deceive and fool you, they will try to win your trust and then show their true selves. (They deducted 1500 euros of our money without any reason) In our case we had an apartment of 45 square meters that we rented from them, firstly they accepted nothing that we asked to bring. They gave us the apartment with parking space, without a parking space for the same price (overbidding). They wanted to charge us 250 for just electricity and water contracts when we got there! The worst thing happened when we checked out, their employee checked out in advance and assessed everything, she said oh everything is so clean and good and took pictures and spoke with us and gained our trust. So we dropped the keys and accepted the check-out without being present, so that we could go to our next location, they charged us 1500 euros for nothing. Can you imagine that they charged 600 euros for cleaning a very clean apartment that we returned to them? Or for a chair of the lowest quality from Ikea costing 13 euro which was slightly scratched, they charged 170 euro! Absolutely nothing, and this value was deducted from our deposit, so we had to hire a lawyer and do a lot of back and forth, and then they paid back half!! We didn't want to go to court and just accepted it. Be very careful or don’t work with them!

I found Bianca Combee completely untrustworthy and very unprofessional. After I hired a lawyer and legal proceedings were started against her, she eventually reimbursed my deposit and brokerage fees. It's really a shame because she was very friendly and helpful at first, and as a small broker, I wanted her to succeed. Unfortunately, she illegally charged brokerage fees while working on behalf of the landlord and then tried to withhold my security deposit for damaged items that were never mentioned in the signed check-out report when I left the apartment. Knowing that I would be leaving the Netherlands on the day of check-out, she fully exploited this situation and retained a large percentage of my deposit and became offensive and arrogant in her emails to prevent me from contacting her. I would like to warn everyone to avoid Bianca Combee Housing Services and seek out a professional broker you can trust. I also suggest contacting the Amstelveen Housing Service, which has received many complaints against Bianca Combee’s Housing Service due to unprofessional conduct. Very bad attitude. At the beginning she is very hospitable and when you leave, she shows her true nature, we rented an apartment from her and when we left she had so much attitude and didn't even speak nicely to us, she wouldn't listen and kept finding faults with us, she found endless faults and asked us to leave immediately after we had taken all the wrong photos of the apartment, sly lady, and ultimately they and the apartment landlords asked us to pay an extra 6000 euros for errors that are not even responsible for.

Quite an exciting moment to rent out your house for the first time but Bianca took the time to successfully remove this tension. They helped us with video tours of houses when we couldn't be here personally, and they worked hard to help us secure the rental we wanted. I will share my point-by-point experience with this housing company. My family and I stayed between April 2018 and May 2019 in a fully furnished apartment managed by Bianca's company. 1. First of all, expect Bianca to charge you €300 plus service costs for calling an energy provider and setting up an electricity contract. It’s a ridiculous price for a service that involves virtually no complexity and negligible effort and time. Lesson: be alert about what you agree with her, she will usually offer a service factually, without any indication that she intends to charge fees, and then send you a surprise invoice 2. Expect to be greeted with a 'No' for every service you ask of her. We rented a fully furnished apartment and our kitchen lacked a roller blind to keep out the summer sun. It was difficult to work in the kitchen during the long summer days while sunlight shone directly into your eyes. As this is a basic amenity that should be present in a furnished apartment, we asked Bianca to have a sunscreen installed. To our surprise, Bianca replied that sunscreen in the kitchen was not 'standard' and that if we wanted one, we would have to install it ourselves at our own expense. We insisted that hanging the sunscreen would involve drilling holes in the walls. Interestingly, she realized this time that she was allowing us to make permanent changes to the property unwittingly, and immediately complied with our first request (without extra charges for us) with the justification that she had received a special 'yes' from the landlord Lesson: Bianca is a crooked woman. You have to be clever and tactful to get work out of her. Otherwise you will as a tenant forever have to pay for every service that should be borne by her company. 3. Expect to be bombarded with unreasonable and reprehensible requests. We were told to remain outside our apartment if she was going to show the house to new tenants. This was during our moving phase. These 'shows' took place several times a week for a period of one month. Fortunately, our work kept us out of the house most of the time, but this attitude of this company can seriously hinder any stay-at-home family member. 4. Expect many surprises if you’re not careful. When we moved out, we informed her in the last week of April 2019 that our moving date would be June 5, 2019. We failed to notice that the termination period is one calendar month and if we stay longer (until June 5) then the rent for the entire month of June will be due from us. Nevertheless, Bianca was very sly to also remain silent about this oversight, although as a professional it ideally shouldn’t be something she misses. We were very busy packing and were already well into the third week of May when Bianca suddenly brought up this issue and insisted that we leave the property by the end of May or pay the full rent for the month of June. It was clearly her intention to mislead us into paying the full rent for the month of June and make a quick profit. Fortunately, with the help of friends, we managed without too much inconvenience, but Bianca's slyness really irritated us, leaving a bitter taste 4. Expect NO or very little of your deposit back: no matter how clean you keep the house and tidy things up. Before we left the apartment, we hired a professional cleaning service from a lady chosen by her. During the inspection, she even stated that she was impressed with how good the apartment looked. Ultimately, you will be amazed at the ridiculous number of heads this woman can come up with to deduct money from your deposit, including invoicing VAT for her incomprehensible service. Be prepared for surprises regarding deposits. Bianca comes across as lovely and friendly. But don’t let yourself be fooled by her sugary words and plastered appearance. I do not understand how Indian expats are positive about her crooked ways. Maybe they need to feel the pinch of her dealings.

I can highly recommend Bianca Combee to anyone looking for a property in the area. Very professional, flexible and friendly service. She did her utmost to ensure that we could move into the property, precisely on the day we came to the Netherlands and would stay in the country until our very last day, saving us the hassle of temporary hotel accommodation offered by my employer. She didn't stop there; she ensured that the property had all necessary services (utilities/internet) from day 1, which was simply fantastic. We also received help with cleaning the cash register if we couldn’t find a cleaning company that fit our availability. Throughout our entire period, she was always ready to help, even though she wasn't involved in maintaining the property we rented. We heard horror stories about real estate agents who defrauded tenants of their deposits, but for us, Bianca herself insisted on a pre-check-out, just to inform us about things that people generally miss during move-out cleaning. I am happy to report that in our case not even a cent was deducted. I found her very good and friendly and cannot think of any drawbacks worth mentioning. I would not hesitate for a second to call Bianca if I needed a property again in Amstelveen.

We found our wonderful apartment in just 2 weeks, thank you Bianca. I came across Bianca's page via Facebook. After they wrote to her what we were looking for, they contacted me within a few hours. Luckily, they had a new apartment within our budget on their website within minutes. We quickly arranged a viewing and ultimately we got the apartment. She was very professional, always available throughout the entire process, and we even received a bottle of wine as a moving gift.

It's almost 5 years ago that I rented my previous house. Never choose this greedy woman. She grew up and was raised in the US and seemed nice from the start. Don't be fooled by her, it seems like a beautiful appearance. She received the entire month of realtor fees from me, and ultimately she didn't pay back my entire month's deposit by collaborating with the landlord to cheat. What is truly terrible is that her father does the maintenance of her properties and tries to extort money. If you don't pay him because of his fraud, he can come knocking on your door during the weekend and curse you. I would give this woman zero stars, but unfortunately Google didn't allow me for this option. By doing this to expats, Bianca, you absolutely deserve one day where everyone can compensate/pay off your illegal behavior.

My previous experience with Bianca was not a 5-star rating, but acceptable. Yesterday, Bianca had to check out together with my tenant. The date and time were agreed upon in advance. But at the agreed time, no one came from her side to the apartment. We tried to call her, but without success. She did not inform us beforehand that she would not be coming and has since made no contact with either of us (landlord and tenant). She charged a commission for this rental, but unfortunately does not want to do the job she was paid for. Such behavior is absolutely unprofessional and this is the person you cannot trust. Definitely not recommend.
