I was well assisted with selling and buying my house and receive good advice

My experience using Felix and the collaboration with Ronald turned a potentially discouraging task into a very simple and pleasant process to help me find a safe and suitable apartment and guide me through the processes with the notary and sellers of the apartment. Ronald has specialist knowledge of Amstelveen, the neighborhoods, and of course the quality of the new construction of apartments. He always gave constructive feedback on the apartments I wanted to view and after each viewing. For every viewing he picked me up and took me there, and he steered me away from several apartments before we found “the one”. He was also extremely astute in the negotiations during the purchase and managed to lower the price by a significant amount. In follow-up conversations, he was always available to answer all questions, however trivial they may be. I normally don’t bother with reviews, but I wanted to make sure that Felix and Ronald get the recognition and future business they deserve.
