I've called several times and left voicemails requesting a callback for a viewing of a house that has been for sale for some time. Unfortunately, no response at all. I guess I’ll have to talk to your selling real estate agent.

Gerrit is an enthusiastic, professional, can-do person who goes the extra mile to close the deal. I would highly recommend using this real estate agent because they offered and achieved a sales price that was much higher than what other agents had predicted. Because he lived abroad and wasn't familiar with how the Dutch market works, he gave good advice and was happy to do a lot of work behind the scenes, in addition to what you would expect from an agent.
