My experience as a potential buyer: not great. Viewing almost a favor and limited to 15 minutes. Waiting outside until the previous viewers are finished, and then the next viewers are already waiting behind you. Inside a young man who didn't know how to tell anything and also didn't bother to show the property and VVE facilities further. So I had to explore on my own before that. Okay, the market may be overheated and this is very efficient and possibly pleasant if you have this realtor as seller. So.. it’s a buyer’s perspective.

Discriminatory and very unprofessional!

I called to get information for sale as well as rental. I had a very unpleasant telephone contact with both internal staff members Monique and Roos. Mentioning the amount of their possible commission was more important than answering my questions, which are still open even after multiple contacts. Both employees always hide behind meaningless talk: 'You didn't ask that question', 'Oh but then I misunderstood you' and 'Excuse me for that'. The person who as an external employee can answer my questions remains out of sight. All of this comes across as very unprofessional and extremely arrogant while, as a potential client, you are not taken seriously. In short: look for another real estate agent and don't do business with Burger!

EXPAT WARNING about this agency. They only work with landlords and in their interest. I rented a terrible house from them last year. They never helped to resolve the problem. Ultimately, the landlord even stole our deposit. Henk and his team deserve to be reported to the authorities

Tried to view a property through these amateurs. An unfriendly lady stated that there are “negotiations” and viewing would be of little use. Two weeks later, the property is still listed on funda while we are serious buyers. We were supposed to be called but surprisingly never heard from them again. I would truly never let an estate agent with this attitude sell a house.
