I have experienced very unfriendly and rude employees at this bureau, who do not hesitate to send unfriendly and dismissive emails as soon as they realize that you are not the typical expat they are looking for (the kind of person from whom they can extract money!). The impression is that of a very unprofessional and uncivilized work environment. Since I am a freelancer, I received an anonymous email with the following text: 'The owner is not interested. Sorry.'"}
