Ze hebben dagen van mijn leven verspild door me e-mails te sturen met onjuiste informatie die ik vervolgens steeds opnieuw moest corrigeren door naar Woon! te gaan. Uiteindelijk ben ik vertrokken en de eigenaren die zij vertegenwoordigen, hebben de schoonmaakkosten ingehouden, ondanks dat Amstel Vastgoed in het rapport schreef dat het appartement brandschoon was. In feite vertegenwoordigen ze mensen die hopen te profiteren van de onwetendheid van buitenlanders om snel geld te verdienen. Verachtelijk.

Oplichting! Waarschuwing!! Let op met dit makelaarskantoor!! Ze hebben mij en mijn vrouw opgelicht en de borg niet terugbetaald. Hun doelgroep zijn expats, omdat het veel makkelijker is om ze te misleiden. Niet alleen voor geld, maar ook omdat ze in het begin geen commissie vragen. Ze verhuren appartementen die veel te duur zijn en houden maandelijks een deel van de huur in, terwijl ze de eigenaar slechts 50% van de betaling geven. Bijvoorbeeld, als er een klein appartement is met een huurprijs van €3000, is de werkelijke waarde waarschijnlijk €1500. De rest houden ze maandelijks in, plus de borg die ze niet terugbetalen. In plaats van een rechtszaak aan te spannen tegen Nederlanders, is het makkelijker om nieuwe expats op te lichten. Dus wees alsjeblieft voorzichtig!
