If you are an expat, do NOT consider doing business with these brokers. I rarely feel compelled to leave reviews due to negative experiences. Usually, I brush them aside, but from the first second of my first interaction, I knew this wouldn't be a pleasant experience. I initially called to view a property that was being offered. I was immediately confronted with hostility, questions, and a general attitude of: 'You are an expat, so I don’t think it is suitable for you.' I was asked to provide the details of my buying broker, as they preferred to do business with my broker rather than with me (the buyer). I requested proof of the property to perform my due diligence and view the maintenance history, soil report etc. Very routine matters. They didn’t want to send them to me and instead insinuated that if I was worried about potentially having to repair the building, I shouldn't seriously consider buying it. Just know that if you are an expat, you will be treated with reluctance and prejudice during the entire process of buying/selling or asking for a viewing.
