I found a home thanks to La Maison Makelaars and was helped by Julia. I am enormously satisfied because they provide a very personal service. I am new to the market and didn't yet know what to look out for. Julia was very patient and went along to every house I wanted to view and gave me advice based on my situation. She also sent apartments that I had missed. After finding the apartment, she also gave advice on everything around it from notary, appraisal, renovation etc. I found it quite an exciting process, but ultimately thanks to Julia and LaMaison it became a pleasant journey. I lived abroad when I wanted to sell my house in Amsterdam, and Susan arranged everything on site herself using a power of attorney (photographer, viewings, signing the sale deed etc) so that I didn't have to fly back and forth.
