Ik heb mijn huis via hun bedrijf verhuurd, wat een ramp was het om met ze samen te werken. Ze reageren nooit op berichten, vooral niet als het te ingewikkelde vragen zijn om te beantwoorden. Ze kunnen je nooit informatie geven over wat dan ook. Ze kwamen veel te laat voor de bezichtiging, dus ik moest de mensen zelf 20 minuten lang vermaken voordat hij eindelijk arriveerde. Een man die mijn huis nog nooit had gezien, gaf ze allemaal verkeerde informatie en wist niet eens wat centrale verwarming was. De eigenaar beloofde me 6% commissie omdat ik een deel van het werk zou doen (de advertentietekst en het contract schrijven), maar nadat ik hem de tekst had gestuurd, zei hij dat 6% niet mogelijk was. Heeft hij ooit een overeenkomst gezien? Zowel de online advertentie als het contract stonden vol fouten. Je kunt zien dat ze geen NVM-makelaar zijn, die een vergunning heeft. Het zijn gewoon een paar jonge gasten die snel geld willen verdienen zonder enige kennis van zaken. En het ergste van alles: ze hebben de huurders niet gescreend, wat zoveel problemen veroorzaakte. Een huurder die niet gescreend was, weigerde mijn huis te verlaten, betaalde 6 maanden lang geen huur en moest uiteindelijk door de rechter worden uitgezet! Hun incompetentie heeft me duizenden en duizenden euro's gekost!

And if you can afford it, then I recommend them. We took the more expensive package. Just because they basically arrange everything for you, which was great. Especially since it was our first house. They also had a lot of patience with us. They have a lot of knowledge. Very satisfied customers. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

I have had the worst experience with this broker so far; I would preferably give 0 stars but unfortunately that is not an option. The reason for this is simple: they indicated in advance that they could easily provide me with the necessary service, they seriously failed to do so and then terminated contact along with the deposit of 250 euros. I stated upfront what I was looking for in a home, LV Housing indicated that these requirements were easily achievable. Subsequently, they sent a number of options over two weeks that didn't even remotely come close to what I was looking for, and then I heard nothing more from them. In other words, I paid and they did not deliver. And this while they had previously stated that it would be an easy case.

I was scammed for $1000. Never give them a deposit/security deposit. They won't return it, even if you don't like the apartment.

Yesterday we completed the handover of one of our (now sold) homes. The sale went exactly as promised by Leandro. LV Housing is very accommodating and clear about agreements. They are meticulous with the details and pay attention to the smallest details. We have purchased and sold properties before, but we haven't encountered a representative like LV Housing. As a customer, you are relieved of everything, and that was very nice for us.

I have rented an apartment through LV Housing for more than two years and unfortunately had multiple negative experiences with this rental company that I would like to share. It took no less than six months before I got my deposit (equivalent to two months' rent) back. The rental agreement stated that the deposit would be repaid within three months. This was not the case; in fact, I had to seek legal advice because they did not respond to my numerous e-mails, phone calls and letters. In the end I got back 90% of the deposit, which indicates that there was no significant dispute regarding possible repair costs - the rental company simply ignored my questions for a long time. Another incident that illustrates their way of working concerns our balcony door. When we reported a problem, the rental company sent a repairman who not only did not solve the problem, but also caused further damage, resulting in us no longer having access to our balcony. LV Housing then absolved itself of any responsibility and claimed that it was the task of the Association of Apartment Owners to handle the situation. They referred us to them - an unattainable task, as they exclusively communicate with landlords. Although I would like to maintain a polite tone in this review, I must express my deep disappointment with the service of this rental company. I strongly advise potential renters and buyers of a property to consider other options in their search for a suitable home.

I agree with a number of reviewers and recommend that you thoroughly evaluate their way of working with customers. I hired through this agency and I never received an check-in document to sign and verify. No photos were taken and there was no clarity, except that a significant deposit was requested, which naturally had to be transferred in order to gain access to the apartment. I got the wrong parking number and had problems with the neighbors because they parked my car incorrectly. Only after I followed them did I get the correct parking number for the garage. I was chased for rent payments that were contractually scheduled to be paid at the end of the month, days before the due date. Fortunately, I was able to leave early in my rental period, but despite being told that I would get the money back within four weeks, I received nothing. When I called, I was told that I had not paid a month's rent and therefore would not get my deposit back. After explaining that this was not impossible, they heard that they still had to calculate how much they would refund me. Then they heard that they actually agreed with all payments, but that they had noticed I had damaged the floor and therefore would withhold an amount that sounded arbitrary to me for repairing the floor. Check-in documents were never provided, so it was impossible for me to find out whether I had actually damaged the floor myself. I sent emails when I moved out and asked for the check-in documents, but never received them. I also never saw an invoice/estimate to justify the amount they withheld. Even if the damage was indeed caused by me, don't I have the right to understand why a certain amount is withheld? Furthermore, the apartment I rented was full of similar minor damage, scratches here and there, a broken toilet seat, etc. So I'm quite sure that no repairs are ever done. I sent several emails and was constantly misled by the staff. Honestly, I felt completely misled, lost, and didn't understand why this is considered acceptable behavior by a rental agent in the Netherlands. I have considered involving a lawyer, but the money involved did not justify the effort. Unfortunately, I must say that based on my experience, I also advise against going into business with this agent.

Excellent real estate agent in Amsterdam and surroundings! They had a wide range of options and could provide me with all the information I needed to make a decision about my house. The team communicates well in Dutch and English, is helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Don't even try to rent an apartment through this agency. They are unprofessional, don't communicate at all, offer no customer service, and when things really go wrong, they just ignore you and don't answer the phone. There are plenty of agencies in the Netherlands, just don't choose this one.

Overall unprofessional and not responsive. After a rental contract was confirmed, they ignored emails and phone calls for more than 10 days. When someone finally picked up, they avoided me on the phone and dismissed me with a standard response. They will claim that the owner's mind has changed, but the poor handling and lack of scruples are entirely their own fault. The whole experience would be laughable, were it not for the significant damage and chaos they have caused. Do not expect openness or involvement from their side.

This is merely my experience with their housing search service, it does not represent the other services of this company. I have used their services for two months to help me find a rental property and during that time I was extremely disappointed. In two months I only get one visit. They react extremely slowly to each request, they even left me waiting once. In addition, other real estate agents, while collecting their commission upon signing the rental contract for an LV property, ask for an advance on this commission.
