Ik kom uit de VS en ik heb deze mensen meer dan 60 dagen de tijd gegeven om de overdracht van het huis af te ronden, de papieren te laten tekenen en mij een kopie te sturen. Eerste bezichtiging, eerste bod — ik kreeg de sleutels! Als expat in Nederland had ik ontzettend veel vragen over het kopen van een huis dat aan mijn wensen en budget zou voldoen. Ik had gehoord dat het biedingsproces en de huizenmarkt het kopen van een huis erg moeilijk maken — vooral in Amsterdam — dus ik was best nerveus. Toen ben ik met Rochella van RB gaan samenwerken. Ik had al twee appartementen in Amsterdam op het oog die ik wilde bezichtigen. Tijdens ons allereerste telefoongesprek besprak ze de aanbiedingen en legde ze duidelijk uit met welk appartement ik een realistische kans maakte. Ze bood zelfs aan om de volgende dag al mee te gaan naar de bezichtiging, wat voor mij indrukwekkend snel was. Drie dagen na de bezichtiging was het tijd om een bod uit te brengen — en dat was voor mij het moeilijkste deel. Rochella's begeleiding maakte alles een stuk makkelijker. Ze is zeer deskundig, direct en duidelijk in haar communicatie. Ons bod was strategisch en veilig voor mijn situatie — en ongelooflijk, ik kreeg het appartement! Het hele proces duurde slechts één week, wat ik in eerste instantie moeilijk kon geloven. Ik ben zo blij dat ik met haar heb samengewerkt. Het enige kleine puntje van kritiek dat ik zou willen geven, is dat sommige afspraken en tijden iets duidelijker gecommuniceerd zouden kunnen worden. Ze erkende dit, en uiteindelijk verliep alles zoals verwacht. 100% aanbevolen! Heel erg bedankt!
