On Monday, I made an appointment by phone for a viewing today at 1700 at Baden Powellweg. I was also asked to put it on email and I did that immediately afterwards. Unfortunately, no real estate agent showed up for my appointment today. I didn't receive any cancellation notice and unfortunately went for nothing.

Terrible management. They don't do background checks on tenants, which means you get very unreliable tenants in your apartment who remodel everything without permission. My entire experience, contact and especially the termination of the contract with RCVB incredibly unpleasant. They didn't want us to terminate and started threatening us themselves. Stay away from this scandalous company and people.

As a homeowner, I advise against Royal City Vastgoed. They focus on collecting the highest possible commissions without much attention to your property or screening of tenants. When you try to cancel, it's a huge amount of stress and hassle. They express hostile threats with contradictory clauses in their contract and pretend to be either landlord or manager, depending on what suits them best. One apartment that we eventually got back had more than 1600 euros in damage, and in another apartment, they carelessly (or intentionally) extended the contract with the tenants beyond the agreed-upon terms, which led to even more problems, after which they withheld rent. We find them unprofessional and unfair; save yourself a lot of trouble and look for someone else to manage your property.

I underwent a thorough and professional application process and quickly received all the necessary paperwork. They were very transparent about what they expected of me and if they didn't have the answers, they knew where to guide me to find them. I had experience and I can confirm that this landlord Thuy Nguyen is unreliable and refuses to cooperate, but only relies on expressing unfounded threats and false accusations as leverage. I am happy to vouch for Royal City and their professional business practices and encourage any future tenants to work with them.

This company is unreliable. They have a very weak system for scanning tenants. Moreover, they draft the rental agreement very weakly and it contains contradictory clauses. After collecting a huge commission from the landlord, they give advice that is very detrimental to the landlord. They don't even answer the phone and show no sympathy if you lose money to the tenant. They simply ignore calls and messages. Be warned!
