I am Barbara, 51 years old and I've been training with Yvonne for almost a year now. I have had a long-lasting hip injury and that is taken into account during the lesson. We work a lot on core strength, posture, flexibility. Yvonne completely adapts her lessons to my body. We train on the mat, Wunda chair and the reformer. I really like that my injury is taken into account but also that we work on recovery. But that doesn't mean it isn't hard work! In addition, Yvonne has a beautiful relaxing space for the classes where you quickly feel at home.
