We had a great experience with Robin. Before we came to Amsterdam, my partner and I were looking for an apartment, and one of the first options we got eventually became our future home! We loved how smooth and efficient the process was and that we could find a wonderful place before arrival. Much better than having to search for an apartment ourselves.

Although the agency found a decent apartment for me, I am not at all happy with the service level of Robin. On the Facebook page of Makelaars Nederland it states: 'We will guide you throughout the entire process, from intake to key handover and are your point of contact during the entire rental period.' With Robin, this was absolutely NOT the case. He promised to contact me about the logistics of the rental property and did not deliver, even after I followed up several times. If I as a TENANT pay thousands of euros to an agency, a basic level of service is expected. It was pure laziness on his part, and I will not recommend him or the agency.
