A very disappointing experience. I was still open to renting the property, but instead of a conversation I got a fine immediately. No willingness to discuss or find a solution – only a cold, automated response. That's not how you treat serious customers.

Extremely rude and passive-aggressive communication. I explained that I had problems with the fact that I hadn't received a response for two weeks after asking whether they could be of service to us at all. They answered that they would check our documents. That didn't happen. When I pointed out that the communication was confusing, I was told not to point fingers and that in the future I should read the agreements. Really disrespectful.

One of the few real estate agents worth contacting. My partner and I were looking for an apartment. We're both students with guarantors, so our chances weren't that high. We had been looking for five months and contacted a lot of real estate agents during that time. Most ignored us and didn't respond anymore after two or three viewings. Op het eerste blik lijkt het alsof dit bedrijf het beste met jou voor heeft. Helaas is dat uiteraard totaal niet het geval. Tijdens de bezichtiging van de woning behoorlijk wat verkeerde informatie van de makelaar ontvangen over de woning, van een keukenblok die (net zoals de buren) zou worden vervangen tot het wel/niet verven van de woning. Na het besluit te hebben genomen de woning te huren en het contract te ondertekenen komen ze nog met een factuur waar de zoekopdracht prijs wordt genoemd. Terwijl overal wordt aangegeven dat je betaald voor de 1 maandelijkse huurprijs van de woning excl btw. Vervolgens dat nagevraagd te hebben na het ontvangen van de factuur, net voor de sleutelopdracht de algemene voorwaarden teruggestuurd te krijgen. (Waar het antwoord op mijn vraag uiteraard niet in stond) Tijdens de sleutelopdracht de vraag krijgen of wij de factuur nog even willen overmaken, en met het aankaarten van mijn vraag over de factuur een boze reactie terug te krijgen. Vervolgens de baas aan de lijn te krijgen die mij even ging vertellen hoe het allemaal zit. Na ik mijn duidelijke vraag te hebben gesteld, een vaag antwoord te krijgen. Opeens komt de baas op het antwoord dat de huurprijs met energiekosten wordt gerekend. Terwijl dat in het huurcontract als voorschot en niet inclusief vermeld te staan. Maar de baas gaat niet moeilijk doen om de paar honderd euro, volgens zijn woorden. Maar aangezien 'ik' volgens hem te moeilijk nadenk, zal het ik wel per direct moeten overmaken.
