Update after the reaction below: your office was indeed called!! A colleague was supposed to pass this on and didn't do so. We explained this immediately to you as well. Strange situation with this real estate agent. If you don't cancel the appointment for a viewing within 24 hours, you must pay a fine. Sounds quite logical, however.. what do you do if you make the appointment one day in advance and a few hours later you hear that you have been given another house?! Cancelled immediately, but it wasn't possible within the 24 hours. Apparently, this real estate agent wants to push through with a viewing at all costs, even if they already know you are not going to buy this house. Apparently we should have wasted our time and the real estate agent’s time to avoid a fine. Not very customer-friendly!

Had to deal with REBO brokers twice, both times as a selling broker. Aton Zuure and Jeannet Hagesteijn were both very friendly and looking for how 'the parties' could come together. Both ensured that we received the maximum offer. With Jeannet, this led to the desired result: a successful sale/purchase. In the further handling, she was also very helpful, which was nice. In short, it was very pleasant to do business!

I had the most terrible experience! They planned a viewing for the house and later rented out the apartment. They forgot to call or send an email about the cancellation of the appointment. I literally had to travel 2 hours round trip to get here. Very irritated and disappointed!

You have to chase everything. I practically took on the entire process, all the work had to be done by me and then still make mistakes everywhere in almost all documents, late for the viewing. And then having the audacity to ask the full price. VERY DISSATISFIED!
