Daarnaast bemiddelen wij in de koop en verkoop van beleggingspanden. Sinds mei 2011 zijn wij gevestigd in Assen en hebben we ons sinds mei 2023 verder ontwikkeld onder de naam Oppject. Hoewel onze identiteit is veranderd, blijft het team van ervaren makelaars en taxateurs onveranderd. De naam Oppject is bedoeld om onze pragmatische aanpak en de kansen die wij helpen creëren, te benadrukken. Bij Oppject combineren we moderne communicatie met een persoonlijke aanpak. Onze frisse huisstijl en nieuwe website zijn ontworpen om het vastgoed dat wij voor onze opdrachtgevers aanbieden, effectief in beeld te brengen.
