Oppject is een makelaarskantoor dat zich volledig richt op commercieel vastgoed. Wij helpen bij de verkoop, verhuur en taxatie van bedrijfspanden, kantoorruimtes en winkels. Daarnaast bemiddelen wij in de koop en verkoop van beleggingspanden. Sinds mei 2011 zijn wij gevestigd in Assen en hebben we ons sinds mei 2023 verder ontwikkeld onder de naam Oppject. Hoewel onze identiteit is veranderd, blijft het team van ervaren makelaars en taxateurs onveranderd. De naam Oppject is bedoeld om onze pragmatische aanpak en de kansen die wij helpen creëren, te benadrukken. Bij Oppject combineren we moderne communicatie met een persoonlijke aanpak. Onze frisse huisstijl en nieuwe website zijn ontworpen om het vastgoed dat wij voor onze opdrachtgevers aanbieden, effectief in beeld te brengen. Of u nu op zoek bent naar een pand of hulp bij de verkoop, wij staan voor u klaar. Onze passie voor bedrijfsmatig vastgoed blijft onveranderd. Fast and skilled in responding and acting!
Professional, fast and fair.
In a difficult market, Oppject easily washes its hands of it. A problematic property remains vacant for 6 months without any notification or action. When critical questions were asked about this, the answer was: then we just stop doing it? So you have an easy property, fine, but otherwise…..
