We zijn erg tevreden over de samenwerking met Jessica voor de verhuur van ons huis en de verkoop van ons eigen appartement. I recently moved to the Netherlands and found an accommodation that was recommended to me by these people. 1. I paid them €2400, but it then took two weeks before they paid this to the actual landlord of the accommodation where I stayed. All of this happened after I was harassed multiple times by the landlord, who accused me of not paying. 2. I assumed that I would be moving into an apartment as advertised on their website. Upon arrival, however, it turned out that they had advertised a long-stay hotel, 'Hydepark Residence', which is nothing less than a scam currently being investigated by the Dutch government for fraud. 3. Since my payment, I have heard nothing more from these people. The hotel constantly tells me that they have nothing to do with it and that I should contact them. Please be alert to the scam these people are committing. They are not reliable and not trustworthy. STAY AWAY FROM THEM...

Accepts offer on a house, then fails to follow through with signing the preliminary purchase agreement, accepts a higher bid in the meantime and doesn't inform you of this! We had to find out through the notary that they had sold the house, which our offer was accepted for, to someone else. Very unprofessional!

Wat me echt opviel, was alle extra begeleiding: advies over buurten, hoe het dagelijks leven in Amsterdam werkt en praktische tips over de lokale omgeving, waardoor de hele verhuizing veel prettiger en beter te behappen was. Die mate van zorg ging echt verder dan wat je van een makelaar zou verwachten. Beide appartementen waren prachtig en het team was professioneel, vriendelijk en ontzettend behulpzaam. Bij het uitchecken vertelden ze me dat er geen schoonmaak nodig was omdat de eigenaar een renovatie in het appartement ging uitvoeren. Vervolgens rekende de eigenaar me € 119 voor een schoonmaakservice, wat Grand Apartments mij als NIET NODIG had verklaard. Ze geven de voorkeur aan € 119 boven hun reputatie. Een echte AFRADER.

Ik huur een appartement bij hen en heb 5000 euro borg betaald. Ik heb het appartement in perfecte staat achtergelaten. En ze rekenen 23 uur schoonmaak aan (waanzinnig!). Een andere dubieuze reden om meer geld in rekening te brengen, was herinrichting (misschien om een ​​lamp naar een andere tafel te verplaatsen). Dat is onmogelijk serieus te nemen, want ik heb het appartement precies zo achtergelaten als ik het aantrof. Er was maar één ding dat gerechtvaardigd was, en daar kan ik de verantwoordelijkheid voor nemen, maar de rest, meer dan 2000 euro, werd zomaar in rekening gebracht voor verzonnen zaken! WEES OP JE HOEDE MET DIT MAKELAARSKANTOOR!!!

Deze verhuurder is niet te niet betrouwbaar ten aanzien het terugbetalen van borg. Dus wees gewaarschuwd.

Ze brachten me 7 dure uren in rekening voor het schoonmaken van een appartement van 40 m² toen ik vertrok en hebben dat gewoon van de borg afgetrokken. Kortom, oplichting. Wees gewaarschuwd.
