The worst real estate office ever! I've even had nightmares about it! Always late, super unprofessional, we've been waiting two months for the down payment, which is a clear breach of contract, and they don't even pick up the phone. Stay as far away from here as possible if you don't want stress, sleepless nights and losing money. Absolutely not recommended.

The most extreme experience ever!! From start to finish of our contract, we were not helped at all. We had to call an unacceptable number of times to resolve our problem in the apartment... More than a month after the end of our contract, we are still waiting for our deposit. No one is responding to our numerous phone calls and e-mails. It really doesn't matter to them!

Dear Leo, Anna Maria and Xenia, We will now react to your so-called bad review. After our efforts you eventually got your deposit back from the landlord (which you are entitled to). We understand that this has been a very annoying situation and we have therefore done everything to resolve this with the landlord. However, we find it unfair that you are threatening via app to place multiple bad reviews, especially since unfortunately we did not charge you any costs after the property was left in a dirty state and handed over late. Nevertheless, we wish you all the best in your new home.

I recently moved to the Netherlands and found an accommodation that was recommended to me by these people. 1. I paid them €2400, but it then took two weeks before they paid this to the actual landlord of the accommodation where I stayed. All of this happened after I was harassed multiple times by the landlord, who accused me of not paying. 2. I assumed that I would be moving into an apartment as advertised on their website. Upon arrival, however, it turned out that they had advertised a long-stay hotel, 'Hydepark Residence', which is nothing less than a scam currently being investigated by the Dutch government for fraud. 3. Since my payment, I have heard nothing more from these people. The hotel constantly tells me that they have nothing to do with it and that I should contact them. Please be alert to the scam these people are committing. They are not reliable and not trustworthy. STAY AWAY FROM THEM...

Accepts offer on a house, then fails to follow through with signing the preliminary purchase agreement, accepts a higher bid in the meantime and doesn't inform you of this! We had to find out through the notary that they had sold the house, which our offer was accepted for, to someone else. Very unprofessional!

We also had to learn about this situation through the notary because we were again not included in the communication.
