I saw a house with four bedrooms for rent and contacted them through the contact form on their website and also by phone once. I received a very short email with a minimum monthly income requirement, nothing else. Quite unfriendly, in my opinion... Anyway, I sent them my income details and was asked about family and pets. I gave them my information and requested a viewing. Today I received an answer that the house was only suitable for older couples, not families. Really? A four-bedroom house, not suitable for families? Absolute nonsense, and the uninterested emails made it clear that something else wasn't to their liking. Maybe it was my foreign surname? Avoid them if you are not 100% Dutch!

Deeply disappointed. The realtor ignores messages, doesn't answer the phone and calls back at inconvenient times. If you don't pick up immediately, you are immediately removed from the list, even if you call back directly, because they still don't answer.

Very unreliable and unprofessional realtor. The property appeared on Funda at 5 am, I immediately sent a message via Funda at half past 6 to request a viewing - not one message but two for certainty - and also through their own website. Then I called at 9 am and later repeatedly, but couldn't reach anyone. Eventually, I was called back at half past 1 pm and they said that we are unfortunately full of appointments, how is that??

There's a reason his responses to bad reviews are two pages long and defensive. At best he is a used car salesman, but certainly not a broker. Untrustworthy and unreliable at every step. Especially if you are a foreigner or selling your property from abroad. He doesn’t work for you or your interests and will do everything necessary to close a deal, even at the expense of his clients. Shortcuts and cheap sales tactics at every step. Always has an excuse, it's never his fault or beyond his control. Our house re-offered with a good broker and it sold on the first day. Don’t do it, or just ask another realtor in Eindhoven and they will tell you the same about his reputation in the industry.
