We recently viewed a property through this real estate agency and made an offer. Unfortunately, we experienced the entire process as unprofessional, unreliable, and not transparent. During the viewing, hardly any information was provided, except when we ourselves asked questions. Also, statements were made such as “just have confidence in it” and “it looks positive”, which created expectations that were not met. Furthermore, it turned out much later that it was a business property. Information that, in our opinion, should have been available from the beginning. The communication was messy: appointments to call back were not kept, documents were shared way too late, and we were constantly put on hold.
