Cheat squad, you're never considered, they violate privacy by asking for inspection data that they shouldn't...only when you get a house may they ask this I can't properly delete my account...and customer service you wait for hours, you send an email no response I wonder how you do that when you rent a house from them Scandalous!

Contacts were great. Photo-report, video and brochure were fantastic!! We found that we had to do a lot of work filling in data about the house. Partially, the real estate agent could/might have done that for that money. Cost us hours while there's a hefty extra price for this brochure and publications. These costs should, in our opinion, come out of the 'commission' and not extra. Otherwise very satisfied.

I have never sold (or bought) a house before and therefore don't have such a good idea of what I should expect from a real estate agent. But I found the contact very pleasant, the agent seemed knowledgeable and he guided us well and to our satisfaction in the sales process.

We bought and sold our house through Ikink & Koenders and this was particularly easy, the real estate agent took all our worries out of our hands and arranged everything neatly for us while keeping us perfectly informed. It's still a warm 'we-know-each-other' company that is ready to assist their clients. That’s why we also decided to have our insurance policies handled through Ikink & Koenders.

De makelaar nam goed de tijd en zorgde dat hij beschikbaar was bij de bezichtigingen. Hij verdiepte zich goed in de aankopen en gaf ons extra inzichten die wij zelf van te voren niet hadden.

Hoor via mijn familie geen goede verhalen over Mark. Ze proberen een probleem op te lossen waarbij hij niet goed heeft gehandeld als verkopende makelaar en het gekochte niet overeenkomt met wat aangeboden is. Dat hoort niet.
