I am interested in a house, but the real estate agent is not responding at all to my email requesting information about this house. I regret the owners of this house.

Viewing turned out to be with 3 other couples at the same time...After we made an offer, we still received no response after more than a week. Documents provided were delivered late and contain practically nothing. In short: expect 0.0 effort from this realtor.

We experienced Hans as an enormous, pleasant realtor. Very much passion for his profession and his clients. If we were to unexpectedly move, there isn't a hair on my head that wouldn't think of Hans to help us again.

Het is niet mijn verantwoordelijkheid om dit de hele tijd te controleren, en ik sprak met het DNS-installatieteam, dat het onderhoud van deze ketel doet, er lekt voortdurend water en we vullen dagelijks water bij. Ik liet het ze zien, ze zeiden duidelijk dat de ketel moet worden gewijzigd, maar deze kunnen alleen worden gewijzigd als de Eigenaar hiervoor betaalt. Verder zijn er geen aparte meters voor 4 huurders, dus wie meer gas water elektriciteit verbruikt kun je niet definiëren. Plaats 4 meters voor 4 huurders om de duidelijkheid te krijgen.
