23 Mar 2024Helaas moet ik mijn teleurstelling delen over de diensten van de makelaar Hennie Kunnen zelf. De ervaring was niet alleen onprofessioneel, maar ook onbeschoft! Het gebrek aan respect en de onvriendelijke houding hebben de hele transactie negatief beïnvloed. Ik zou anderen adviseren om zijn diensten te vermijden en elders naar een meer respectvolle makelaar (Box Makelaardij) te zoeken.

Voor een maximale opbrengst heb ik met de Belastingdienst afgestemd dat het laag tarief overdrachtsbelasting werd toegepast. De Met Ons Makelaar bleef echter positief en gaf telkens realistische adviezen voor aanpassingen en verkoopstrategie en prijsstelling. 30 Dec 2023Het contact met de makelaar was prettig en ontspannen. Wel ging bijna alles via de computer, iets waar ik niet echt in thuis ben en wat me niet gemakkelijk af gaat. Hierbij heeft hij ons uiteindelijk goed geholpen. Het is een makelaar met durf en hij weet wat de markt doet. Durft hierin ook best een risico te nemen. Best spannend vonden we dat. Maar, het heeft heel goed uitgepakt! Het huis was in no-time verkocht voor een zeer goede prijs.

They ask money for all sorts of nonsense; €60 for printing out a contract, unlawful mediation costs, unjustified retention of deposit and finally exceeding the legal standard of room prices. Positive: they did provide a landlord statement neatly and quickly upon request. @Eigenaar/Marcel; The fact that you can't find me in a database doesn't mean I'm painting a wrong picture or writing unfair reviews.
