Ik werd vanaf het begin en gedurende het verkoopproces goed geïnformeerd en op de hoogte gehouden. De makelaar was goed bereikbaar zowel telefonisch als via een groepsapp, email en via het Move-account. Kortom een prettige en professionele dienstverlening via TW3

In een markt die ineens compleet omsloeg, merk je pas echt wat een goede makelaar waard is. Waar anderen om ons heen die in de verkoop stonden bleven hopen op “de oude markt”, zag Richard precies wat er aan het veranderen was en belangrijker nog: hij durfde daarin mee te bewegen. Geen mooie verkooppraatjes of loze beloftes, maar eerlijk, scherp en strategisch advies waar we uiteindelijk enorm veel aan hebben gehad. Eerlijk is eerlijk: het verkopen van ons huis vonden we erg spannend. Zeker als je merkt dat kopers kritischer worden en woningen niet meer vanzelfsprekend direct verkocht raken. Juist in die fase was het ontzettend fijn om iemand naast ons te hebben die rustig bleef, vertrouwen gaf en exact wist welke stappen nodig waren. Richard voelde de markt perfect aan en wist onze woning daardoor precies goed in de markt te zetten. Het resultaat: supersnel verkocht én tegen een prijs die volledig passend was. Wat voor ons echt het verschil maakte, was de persoonlijke benadering. Richard is betrokken, recht door zee en altijd bereikbaar. Geen standaard verkooppraatjes, maar gewoon eerlijk advies en echt meedenken. Dat gaf vertrouwen vanaf dag één. Daarnaast ook een groot compliment aan Marike voor alle administratieve handelingen achter de schermen. Alles verliep soepel, duidelijk en snel geregeld. Juist die combinatie van sterke verkoopbegeleiding en een strakke organisatie maakte het hele traject ontzettend prettig. Samen vormen Richard en Marike echt een topteam. In een veranderende markt hebben zij bewezen dat ervaring, gevoel voor timing en persoonlijke betrokkenheid het verschil maken. Wij kunnen hen dan ook oprecht aan iedereen aanbevelen. Het contact met de makelaar verliep heel prettig. We hadden hetzelfde idee over de vraagprijs. Helaas waren er weinig bezichtigingen. Dit kan aan de markt hebben gelegen.

Wij hangen de toelichting op een aan aantal kernwoorden: goed advies - TW3/Richard is kundig en kent de markt. Dat levert goed advies op. goede taxatie - De taxatie was gebaseerd op vergelijkbaar onderzoek. Het leverde reeële biedingen op. terug bellen - Communicatie was goed. Goede what's app groep met actuele informatie. TW3/Richard belde altijd binnen een dag terug. snel antwoord - Belangrijke zaken werden gelijk opgepakt en in gang gezet. oplossingsgericht - Problemen werde…

Wij hebben via deze makelaar recent een nieuwbouwwoning gekocht tegen de toen geldende prijs. Kort daarna worden dezelfde woningen met korting van duizenden euro's aangeboden aan nieuwe kopers. Dit hebben wij aangekaart, maar er wordt geen enkele vorm van begrip of tegemoetkoming geboden. Dat contrast voelt voor ons oneerlijk en niet klantgericht. Ons advies: wees je bewust van dit risico voordat je hier tekent.

TW3 is a great real estate agent!

All in all a bad experience with TW3. Throughout the entire process, we mostly had to seek contact ourselves and often had to ask how things stood with the interested buyers. The follow-up usually happened at our request. Furthermore, it happened that questions were often not answered multiple times. Richard, the realtor who accompanied us, could have been a bit sharper (also certainly in terms of being on time for viewings). In the end, the sales deed was signed on 29-8-2025. It is now 23-10-2025 and we have (apart from a message 'Deed is signed') heard nothing more from the realtor. The realtor should have kept us informed about the deposit being paid to the notary and that also did not happen... A pity...

I had my prejudices about the real estate agency.
