Normally I never post reviews, but because I am extremely satisfied with how everything was handled from the beginning, I would like to share this anyway. From the first moment I was well guided throughout the entire process. In the past I have had other experiences, but this one was really positive. I am therefore very satisfied. We had an excellent experience with Kristianne from Covers Wonen. She was an invaluable help during the viewings. She took the lead by asking the real estate agents the right technical questions that we ourselves would not have thought of, and also helped with translation because our Dutch is not so good. Kristianne always gave realistic and honest advice instead of just telling us what we wanted to hear, which helped us a lot to confidently go through the bidding process. She is incredibly reliable and the communication with her as well as the backoffice team was smooth and easy. Also a feather in the cap for Ella, who handled all our administrative requests and arranged our viewing appointments! Renting my house via Covers has been a very good experience. The few practical problems in the house were quickly and well resolved. The communication with Kristianne was quick and clear. I felt relieved.

My experience with Kristianne Slagmolen, who acted as an agent, was extremely negative and concerning. In my opinion, the real estate transaction was handled in a misleading and non-transparent manner, and I am convinced that I was seriously misinformed during the process. Critical information was not clearly communicated, the communication was inconsistent and her overall behavior did not meet at all the professional and ethical standards one can reasonably expect from a real estate transaction. I experienced behavior that I found unprofessional and sometimes even inappropriate. As a result, I have suffered significant financial damage and unnecessary stress. Based on my experience, I strongly advise everyone considering engaging her services to be extremely cautious, seek independent advice and thoroughly verify all claims before entering into an agreement.

Very disappointing experience! The agent intermediated in the purchase of a house within the Vve at my address. They shoved a self-made amateurish contract under my nose that I had to sign quickly. It was about co-ownership of a repair within the Vve. Participation in Vve repairs is legally already mandatory, so trying to enforce an extra contract is irrelevant. Moreover, there were bizarre provisions in the document that clearly legally disadvantaged me. For example, an absurdly high amount I would have to pay and an unrealistic deadline for carrying out works. And if the deadline was not met, I would be responsible. Within a VvE decisions are made based on mutual agreement, not through individual squeeze contracts that one party tries to impose. After consulting with my lawyer, my feeling proved correct; she even laughed at it and called it concerning that such real estate agents have a right to exist. This agent acts unnecessarily aggressively and unprofessionally. It feels as if speed and commission are more important than carefulness and correct procedure. Absolutely no pleasant party to work with.

I would recommend this real estate agency to everyone. Meta and Kristianne guide you very well throughout the entire process.

Don't pay for their subscription. The number of reactions they display are incorrect. If a property has already been on the site before, the reactions count continues. So a newly posted property will immediately start counting from the number of reactions it had the last time it was there. It doesn't save anywhere, so these statistics are worthless.

The worst place to rent an apartment. The apartment I got was incredibly dirty and there were bed bugs in it. The man who led me to the apartment said that I could always and everywhere contact him, but blocked me and disappeared as soon as they gave me the apartment. Moreover, they ask for brokerage fees, which is illegal, and they have never answered me and completely ignore me when I try to contact them. Never go there, you get scammed.

Fraudsters who seize every excuse to not refund your deposit. Be careful!

Ze hebben er ook voor gezorgd dat mijn verblijf nog aangenamer en comfortabeler verliep en dat ik snel kon wennen aan mijn nieuwe woning. Het is een van de beste makelaarskantoren in Rotterdam, zeer efficiënt en goed georganiseerd.

The agent was very nice and I had no problems with the studio. A real recommendation!

Mijn ervaring met BenHousing (als huurder) is tot nu toe overwegend positief. Hun communicatie is helder en professioneel.

Niet te spreken over deze vastgoed beheerders. Als je problemen hebt met je huis, duurt het minimaal 2 tot 3 maanden voordat er kleine probleempjes opgelost zijn. Er wordt zeer slecht en traag via de mail gereageerd en je moet altijd zelf achter de zaken aan. Er is geen initiatief of degelijke planning. Als er iets in gang wordt gezet, komen er aannemers te laat of helemaal niet. Als ze wel komen, moeten ze nog spullen halen en komen ze na 3 a 4 uur weer terug. Echt weerzinwekkend.

De service in verhouding met mijn kosten zijn echt achterlijk. Het is vanzelfsprekend om op zijn minst een bereikbaar bedrijf te verwachten. Echter, tussen 11:00 en 12:00 uur ben ik alleen in staat om een bandje te beluisteren waarop wordt …

Snel een woning gevonden via Ben Housing. Als ik problemen ervaar wordt er snel iemand langs gestuurd!

De eerste keer dat ik via Benhousing huurde, was er een vertraging in de internetverbinding (bij een huurwoning inclusief nutsvoorzieningen). Ze hebben het uiteindelijk opgelost en boden me een korting aan als compensatie (wat ik een eerlijke oplossing vond). In het begin was er wat miscommunicatie omdat ik de verhuurafdeling mailde met vragen over administratie en beheer. Dat was eerlijk gezegd mijn eigen schuld. Nadat ik een directe communicatielijn had opgezet, heb ik geen problemen meer gehad. Mijn ervaring met Sanne is erg positief. Ze is een vriendelijke en behulpzame persoon die me met alles wat met de woning te maken heeft heeft geholpen. Ik kan haar niet genoeg prijzen.

Ik ben huurder en heb tot nu toe geen problemen met ze gehad. De communicatie verliep snel en duidelijk.

Ik heb in mijn 28 jaar op deze aarde nog nooit de neiging gehad om een review te schrijven. Het onvermogen van Ben Housing heeft ervoor gezorgd dat ik niet anders kan. Ben Housing is onbetrouwbaar, onbereikbaar en ronduit incapabel. Mijn boodschap aan huurders en verhuurders: ga niet met Ben Housing in zee!

Ben zeer tevreden met Ben Housing. Als er iets aan de hand is, kan je makkelijke contact met ze opnemen en wordt het probleem snel opgelost. Heb hier 5 jaar ervaring mee, en kan niet anders zeggen dan top!

And after I finally could view the house, they dared to make a joke that I was late...

After a long time of doubting, I decided to sell my home. But not before looking for another nest. Ultimately came into contact with Van Herk. My wishes explained. They understood the situation and thought of everything possible to help me. The service was good, the contact even better. Clear and no surprises. Deze makelaar op aanraden van aankoop makelaar gekozen. Mocht je een makelaar willen die niet pro actief is, slechte communicatie heeft en flink aan de prijs is voor wat ze doen dan zou ik deze aanraden. Zo niet kan je beter een andere makelaar kiezen. We hebben zelf overal achteraan moeten gaan, nadat de bezichtingen waren geweest. Enkele voorbeelden die niet goed gingen: - Niet gehouden aan het tegenbod (maar lager) - Eenmaal deal gesloten met kopers, veel te lang over het getekende koopcontact gedaan. Moesten zelf steeds bellen en appen hoe het er mee stond. - De periode van he voorlopige voorwaarden niet de vinger aan de pols gehouden met wat betreft de status van de financiering van de kopers. 1 dag na het aflopen van deze termijn opeens trots vertellen dat de financiering rond was. - Bord van te koop hangt nu 2 weken na de verkoop nog steeds aan het raam En zo kunnen we nog even doorgaan, dus we raden deze makelaar niet aan

Ik had interesse in een bedrijfspand wat van Herk te huur aanbied. De eerste keer vroegen ze een KVK en zouden ze de dag erna terug bellen, maar elke dag kreeg ik de belofte dat ze terug zouden bellen waarna ik zelf maar weer belde. Na 4 dagen bellen, kreeg ik contact met de juiste persoon en moesten jaarcijfers ingediend worden. Ik vroeg of ik binnen afzienbare termijn een reactie kon verwachten aangezien ik ook een ander pand aangeboden gekregen had, maar deze vond ik minder als de door van Herk aangeboden pand. Ik zou binnen 2 dagen terug gebeld worden. Ik heb een week elke dag gebeld, omdat er dagelijks beloofd werd dat ik terug zou worden gebeld. Na een week kreeg ik de juiste persoon aan de telefoon en ik kon komen bezichtigen. Tijdens de bezichtiging aangegeven dat het pand prima was voor mij, maar dat ik wel een spoedig antwoord zou willen omdat de eigenaar van het andere pand niet veel langer kon wachten. Hij ging zijn best doen en 2 weken later werd ik gebeld met de mededeling dat de keuze op iemand anders was gevallen. Uiteindelijk het andere pand dus ook misgelopen en dus een maand lang aan het lijntje gehouden en vele terugbel afspraken die niet nagekomen zijn. Dit is bijna een maand geleden en het pand staat nog steeds te huur.
