We had a valuation report made by Freddie Bolink. The clear instruction was to value and deliver the report to us. To our amazement, our valuation report was sent to potential lenders before we had it ourselves as if they were advertisement flyers. This entirely without our knowledge, leaving us to wonder if we had given permission for this to Mr. Bolink. Freddie Bolink has been completely unreachable for comment since then. We will not recommend anyone to go into business with this man. Very bad experience, if possible we would have given zero stars.
