A terrible experience with scheduling a viewing. We indicated on Friday via Funda that we were interested. On Monday, we called and were told: 'We will call you back within a few hours' - but nothing more. We called again on Monday and received the promise once more that we would be 'called back soon' - again, no response. On Tuesday morning, we called again and contacted them once more via Funda and their website, in a desperate attempt to make an appointment. Still no response. And yes, on Tuesday afternoon the viewing was fully booked. We did everything correctly, contacted them multiple times, and received only empty promises and no communication whatsoever. Utterly unprofessional and extremely frustrating to miss a viewing because the real estate agent didn't bother to call back. I strongly advise you to look elsewhere.
