BE CAREFUL !!! Velder Real Estate appears to be listing houses in Spain on Funda without the owner's permission. (And if you point this out to them, they say they will remove the house but don't do it. Only when you post a negative review and then threaten with legal action, they take it off Funda). So I would, especially if it's a house in Spain, first check everything before even getting into business with Velder Real Estate.

No initiative and high price for merely reposting and no service that you would expect.

I had made an appointment for a valuation of my home and I was told that the price per square meter of the property would remain the same if I were to split the property into 2 addresses. Very strange, because the lower the m2 of an object, the higher the price per square meter. We have had very bad experiences with this real estate agent when purchasing a property. The inventory list was sent around 3 times, and we signed it under the latest version, as did the seller of the apartment. During the viewing, the inventory was also reviewed. When we received the keys, it ultimately didn't match; a closet, shelves, and lights were missing. We could have canceled the sale at that time, but based on the promise that it would be resolved properly, we still signed. When we claimed the proper solution, it wasn't there, it was downright scandalous, and unpleasant email exchanges followed. The seller of the apartment eventually paid us an amount. We received nothing from Brantjes, not even an apology while the fault was definitely with them. So pay close attention and don't trust the sweet talk. Make sure everything is properly documented.

We were looking for a reliable and down-to-earth real estate agent with expertise, transparent, but also someone who thinks along. Our experiences were purely positive. The following all happened within a time span of 1 year and 2 months. The first appointment for the rental property was with Ronald, who then did not show up but sent a colleague to take over. The colleague knew absolutely nothing about the rental property and was there for spek en bonen [a Dutch expression meaning 'for nothing']. The energy label was never shared with me, even though I have asked multiple times. The rental property was disgusting when it was handed over. The shower was literally yellow and I had to clean the rental property together with family. There was a contract for an indefinite period signed with a 'termination agreement' of one year, which is not allowed by law. Towards the end of the year, there were many attempts to intimidate me. I would have to sign a new contract for half a year or a year, otherwise I had to leave the property. Ronald refused to communicate via e-mail and wanted only telephone conversations. After I did not answer all the phone calls, they decided anyway to contact me via WhatsApp messages. In the meantime, I had to contact lawyers who referred me to a lawyer, which cost me hundreds of euros because the Kroon Makelaars would not comply with the law and resorted to intimidation. The lawyer had to write a letter to Kroon Makelaars, which ultimately helped. Subsequently, the rental property is very bad and there are many defects; windows could not open, ventilation in the bathroom? Ho maar. There is also a worrying amount of floor sagging in the property, nothing will be done about it. A week later Ronald came by to make notes and take photos of it. Then a contractor came to repair the windows, so they can open again, and ventilation was installed in the bathroom, which is connected to a light sensor hanging in the communal shed. If we want to turn on the ventilation, we have to wave towards the light sensor so that we get 7 minutes of ventilation. Now I have been trying since 26-01-2026 to lower the rent, which the landlord has not yet responded to. The rental property I am in is rented to me as 'free sector'. I have done a points calculation and filled it out as with the rental committee, which shows that the property actually falls under social housing, with a points calculation of 114. For these reasons I do not recommend Kroon Makelaars.
