I don't like the 'passing the buck' mentality in stores but also not in service provision. When my wife and I were looking for a house, we had quite a bit to deal with regarding real estate agents. One of them told us first to figure out/view the house and if we wanted to buy it, she would help us with the paperwork. We couldn't leave search requests with her. Apparently, things are going too well for the real estate agents! Ultimately, we ended up with ViaAnca Makelaardij, where we were calmly and very professionally addressed by Anca Zweers-Been. She listens first (!), then she quickly thinks and then gives an answer that matters. And if she had to find something out before answering, she did so and then gave an answer. I would not choose Adriaanssen real estate again and/or recommend it to others. The house was ultimately sold for a good price, but the process leading up to that was incredibly messy. This was my first time selling a house, so everything was exciting, and you hope to be guided a bit. Forget about that. Listed: 1) unwilling to take the time for you. 2) repeatedly late for viewings. 3) important VVE/mortgage rules not in order, causing the sale to fall through once and almost not happening the second time. 4) Too easy in communication and brushes things aside. A lot of 'it will be alright'. But sometimes... it doesn't work out. Conclusion: messy and certainly didn’t provide stress-free support for a first sale.
