I don't like the 'passing the buck' mentality in stores but also not in service provision. When my wife and I were looking for a house, we had quite a bit to deal with regarding real estate agents. One of them told us first to figure out/view the house and if we wanted to buy it, she would help us with the paperwork. We couldn't leave search requests with her. In conclusion, you could say that Anca doesn't need to mask incompetence with terribly many words that are irrelevant; she has been doing this for a long time and you feel it as a customer too.
