Erna Kanen excellently helped us in finding our dream house. We searched for exactly one year in this overheated housing market and Erna committed herself 110%. It felt like teamwork. From the very first introduction at the office, we knew that we would gladly work with Erna. The back-office employee, Stijn Westland, is also super fast and friendly. Appointments are scheduled within a moment. Erna has a lot of knowledge about the local housing market, gives good advice on bids and is very precise. She maintains calm when necessary. Onno Buijs and his team helped me fantastically. During the initial meeting, he had already done some research, gave an indication of what the house was approximately worth, and provided tips on what to do and not to do to make the house ready for sale. The folder with all sales information included a study with comparable houses in the area. The office arranged appointments with inspection experts and a photographer for me. During the sales period, he consistently gave good feedback after viewings. Whenever I called the office, I was always helped kindly and with expertise or transferred to Onno or one of his colleagues. The house was sold for approximately the price that Onno had indicated. Even after the sale, he contacted me to ask if everything had gone as desired. In short, a hat tip to this real estate agency.
