Deze makelaar is niet te vertrouwen. Hij houdt gebreken achter van de huizen die hij verkoopt, terwijl hij ervan op de hoogte is. Daarnaast zit hij snel hoog in zijn emoties en komt onvriendelijk over. Als je het mij vraagt onprofessioneel en oneerlijk, enkel op de markt voor eigen gewin.

There works a very unfriendly man, named Roderick. I think he considers himself quite important in his white SUV, which he must park in his front yard at all costs. Living opposite a primary school in Princenhage. He stands on the street shouting when the children come out of school. As if the whole street is his own property. His situation with me could have been resolved in a civilized manner. Certainly with the communication skills and other skills that a real estate agent with years of knowledge and experience should have. Surely he should be able to speak politely and control his aggressive tone, especially where children are present, it seems to me. Or can he only do that with clients from whom he can make a lot of money? In my opinion, an unpleasant man with a short fuse, who also has a completely different side than the friendly man with a big smile on the photo on his website.
