Spent half a year looking for an apartment. With much patience, it finally worked out. I received all properties that came onto the market and were interesting via email. William, the purchasing broker, arranged the appointments and always went along to the viewings with a critical/expert eye. He had a lot of patience in the overheated market, resulting ultimately in a home that suits me.
Very nice guidance, William takes a lot of work off your hands, I can wholeheartedly recommend him. He is realistic, flexible and has a positive approach.

Pleasant contact, quick and clear answers to questions. Not overly assertive. Pre-discussion, post-discussion with tips and instructions. Regarding made appointments: a reminder shortly beforehand.
