The appraisal performed by the company was inaccurate and based on incorrect information, and that's not just about the market value, but about the technical information of the property itself and the compared houses. The house was compared to properties that were significantly different, this is a difference of 20 years, houses far from the inspected address, houses that were more than 30% different in size, and houses that were sold years ago. They also said that the house had no insulation while that was indeed the case, and that this was easily verifiable because there is an opening in some places where you can see the material of the insulation. For a price of 800 euros I consider this to be a terrible experience for evaluating a property with so many incorrect steps. An inspection was carried out, the broker, documents and the owner themselves were able to quickly clarify the incorrect data from the inspection report. However, this company never fully read the provided documents, or they simply didn't care. Moreover, they never requested any of the parties to provide their input. I have often tried to understand why they even never tried to correct the report, but I received no answer. 'Have a nice house', just don’t bother making an appraisal report anymore, even if it is inaccurate. The draft report ended with inaccurate and incorrect statements that have never been corrected to this day. I had to pay for another appraisal service because this one was unprofessional and I didn't even receive it.
