Clear process, fully taken care of! Nice people with short lines of communication. Clearly a lot of market knowledge in the region.
The appraisal performed by the company was inaccurate and based on incorrect information, and that's not just about the market value, but about the technical information of the property itself and the compared houses. The house was compared to properties that were significantly different, this is a difference of 20 years, houses far from the inspected address, houses that were more than 30% different in size, and houses that were sold years ago. They also said that the house had no insulation while that was indeed the case, and that this was easily verifiable because there is an opening in some places where you can see the material of the insulation. For a price of 800 euros I consider this to be a terrible experience for evaluating a property with so many incorrect steps. An inspection was carried out, the broker, documents and the owner themselves were able to quickly clarify the incorrect data from the inspection report. However, this company never fully read the provided documents, or they simply didn't care. Moreover, they never requested any of the parties to provide their input. I have often tried to understand why they even never tried to correct the report, but I received no answer. 'Have a nice house', just don’t bother making an appraisal report anymore, even if it is inaccurate. The draft report ended with inaccurate and incorrect statements that have never been corrected to this day. I had to pay for another appraisal service because this one was unprofessional and I didn't even receive it.

Very fast appraisal. However, I don't even agree with the judgment. Unsatisfactory answers when asking for clarification.
Within a short time, we needed an appraisal report. Fortunately, Rick and his team were able to accept the assignment and the job was completed within a week. A detailed quality report was prepared and the valuation that we agreed on is accurate. This gave us further confidence in our mortgage application. Recommended company and pleasant to deal with.

What a particularly pleasant company! Called on Tuesday to request an appraisal for a property in Hilversum. The phone was answered very pleasantly by Tanny and she arranged for Mr. Rick van Dijk to come and carry out an appraisal just two days later. He had already done his homework (gathered information, pre-processed the report) and when I got home, I already had a detailed report in my email. Highly recommended!
