We have since reviewed the VvE administration and it turns out that the property is owned by Van de Giesen Makelaars B.V. - so not Robby van de Giesen personally. We understand very well that you do not want to be associated with the poor performance of another party, but since the website and general email address of Van de Giesen are the same for all branches, it seemed very logical to us to present our story to the branch located in the same municipality as the property in question. Your branch is therefore also the one we initially called and when asked if we were at the right address, this was confirmed. We have since carried out the work ourselves, but it would be nice if there was an inquiry into the status of the damage caused by the neglected maintenance. It is not our intention to publicly discuss this and we certainly want to remove the response as well, but we are still waiting for a substantive, reasonable and fair reaction.
