Do you want a real estate agent who actively searches for your dream house, one that goes along with you, has time and is interested, then don't do business with these agents. Nine times out of ten they are too busy to go along, outside their region but also within it. Then you go alone and still expect some interest through contact before and after. That didn't happen. They did not actively search for houses, there was never a property proposed by them in the last 3 years. In an attempt to discuss this with them, it ended up in an email, in which no response was given to our points. After several failed attempts at telephone contact, we gave up. Worthless, but still keeping the money we already paid.... Response to reaction: Of course you can't always get a good review, but if the service had been better and you had been open to a conversation, we would have felt more heard and might even have found a house through you. We were really dismissed scandalously without a proper discussion being possible. This response also only comes 8 months later.

very bad experience - tap of our bathroom left open during viewing - a lot of damage due to moisture and then an arrogant attitude and lying. The reaction from the owner says enough. To complete the picture: icicles hung from the windowsill due to condensation while it was winter. All painting work has to be done, a lot of moisture in our hallway and on the walls. And then as a response that this is annoying for us??? And then mentioning the amount of money in the reaction? Do you think everything will be alright with money? No, that's not how it works: No apologies and denial initially.
