Worst brokerage experience ever! As Justin mentioned below; scammers! 1 star is still too high. I felt completely left out in the cold as a first-time buyer by this agency. The selling broker constantly pushed for an accelerated transfer, but concealed that this would cost me an extra € 4.700 due to a hidden clause (art. 2.2) in the purchase agreement. I was only informed about these financial consequences two days before the notary. The broker: - did not warn against the loss of my first-time buyer relief; - communicated incompletely and put considerable time pressure via WhatsApp (“short on time”, “hear from you as soon as possible”); - nowhere mentioned that the property had not been in the possession of the sellers for even six months, while this is crucial for transfer tax. When I confronted them about this, I received a blunt reaction from Hilde and her little lawyer who blamed it on me and my notary. Customer friendliness = 0, transparency = 0. In short: no trust, no transparency, no service. Solely money-hungry. Subsequently, it appears that they are trying to keep their rating high with fake reviews. Save yourself stress and money and look for a broker who does take his duty of care seriously!!! So you don't have to take legal action and file a complaint with the disciplinary committee like I did. ---- Unfortunately, it is not possible to respond to their message. However, Mrs. Weerman appears to be spreading falsehoods again. The comment 'once again indicate' is misleading, there has never been a moment when it was indicated that someone found it unpleasant. Instead of taking responsibility, she shifts the blame onto others, while her statements are in no way true. This attitude demonstrates a lack of norms and values. Let this be a warning to others!

A good and quick appraisal of the property

Hilde is an expert real estate agent and helped me very well with the sale of the house. I had little to worry about regarding the process and the house was sold quickly and for a good price!

Beware, Mr. Weerman has a past as an insurance agent where he sold dozens, perhaps even 100s of usurious policies and defrauded them all. A month before it became known that the usurious policies had collapsed, Mr. Weerman sold his company and in this way deceived many people. No notification, customers not informed about the dangers, no indication that it was time to get rid of the policies but he did sell the mess himself and earned a considerable amount of money. Reason for this review now so many years later, the intention then. Mr. Weerman wanted to do good and had every chance to warn his clients and acquaintances. Instead, he disappeared and sold his company just before everything fell apart. A warned person counts for 2. A fox doesn't lose its tricks. Fraudster.

Always friendly and professional help

Bad 1 word then that's already too much. Our death risk applied far too low, resulting in the possibility of having to sell our house upon death. You don't want this. Due to previous complaints, we were able to have a meeting about it. This conversation lasted only 3 minutes and quickly turned to whether we needed other means from them, such as a statement from RegioBank.

We have been a customer of Bles & Van der Does for about 4 years now. We are very satisfied with both the ladies at reception and the advisors themselves. Very accessible and approachable. Rarely in my life have I encountered such an unprofessional broker/organization. The communication throughout the process was poor and not transparent. At the front, a family member was talked into a monthly subscription that would cover all costs. After signing, various costs emerged afterwards and were interwoven in strange constructions. Following several conversations where we requested clarification, it was decided to stop all services and products with this club. If you want to be treated properly and pay a fair price, my advice is to go elsewhere.

Very unfriendly reception by an employee on the phone. We are very interested in a particular house. After 3 weeks, still no mention of 'under offer' or 'sold subject to contract'. As long as that is not stated, there is a chance it hasn't been sold yet, right? Or she didn’t want me to call anymore because it was apparently so obvious... Well, what a brilliant name choice: 'Happy Living.' You almost think you’re stepping into a dream house as soon as you sign the purchase agreement. Unfortunately, that dream turns out to be more of a nightmare. I had already heard some rumors about this company, but now one of my best friends is literally standing with water up to his ankles and the realtor leaves him out in the cold without mercy, I can’t help but share this ‘warning.’ You would think that a company with such a cheerful name would give you a worry-free life, but apparently the only 'Happy' here is the moment you realize you’ve bought a dilapidated building. So, for those considering it: be warned! You might as well participate in 'Renovation Rescue' and hire Martijn Krabbé and John Williams. Because believe me, you’re going to need them.

Very bad experience. I contacted them with interest for a house. They said they would get back to me, which never happened, and when I called to follow up, I was treated like a scammer. I was treated very badly. Definitely not recommended.

Very positive experiences with Happy Living real estate agents. Sold 4 houses within a top timeframe and for a top price. Purchased 1 property. Where Ruud, as the purchasing agent, was very critical so that I didn't make a bad purchase. Ruud particularly sensed the feeling at the different houses well. Happy Living real estate agents is truly a recommendation! Ruud was both our sales and purchase broker. We experienced this as very positive. Our 'old' house was sold very quickly and for a top price, and during our search for our new home, he was very critical. For example, he saved us from a major mistake, a house with many defects that had not immediately been noticed by ourselves (and the seller concerned had not told us anything about it).
