I would describe Langezaal in one word as unprofessional. Internal and external services seem to work completely apart from each other, causing communication with Langezaal to be unclear and slow. Also, important agreements within the bidding process are consistently not followed through. As a result, as a seller/buyer, you really get the feeling that the mediation process is not fair and transparent. It's so messy that I can't really imagine Langezaal ensuring optimal negotiations for the selling party. In short, no unfriendly staff but an issue of incompetence.

What an unprofessional mess. After a fight divorce, which the real estate agents supposedly had experience with, we started the sales process. Alfred is very pushy, even towards the seller. The lady on the phone only has a big mouth and could still use a lesson in customer friendliness. Taking photos is also considered very complicated by them: multiple times beforehand stated that names and photos of children should be blurred, you already know it: nothing blurred. After pointing this out, they made a big deal about adjusting this. How difficult can you make it for yourself? Mr Alfred decided exactly when I would sign the sales contract. Unprofessional via email. Comes unexpectedly just like that. During open house, viewers broke a part in the kitchen, real estate agent is liable but refused to take this liability so it became a very annoying case. Communication is also very complicated: reacting very late or just not at all to emails. If you mail or app too much, they simply ask you not to do that anymore. Giving the buyer wrong information about the furnishings and then blaming the buyer. You won't believe it. We, as the seller, wanted a certain amount for the house. Real estate agent forced us to apply his sales strategy anyway and you already know it: we got a lot less for our house than we could have gotten. In short: a real bunch of unprofessional toddlers who don't quite get the real estate business. Be warned and choose another real estate agent who DOES have the best interests of his sellers at heart.

These might be the worst real estate agents I have ever seen in the world. I rented a house through this agency. Although the house has many problems, they never returned my email to my phone. I dealt with a lot of issues. They sent me an email stating that the contract would not be extended after two years. We immediately started looking for a house. As soon as we found the house, we said we would leave and made an appointment. They came and said it was clean and they took the key. But they didn't pay my deposit under the pretext of the contract. I would pay the costs of moving to a new house with it. I don’t understand how they expect me to give a final termination notice three months in advance in a country where it is so difficult to find a house. They are not giving us money that we barely save. I think it's far.

Terrible brokers. I was a potential buyer of a house that they were selling. Months of arguing with the broker and their seller. I always ended up speaking to assistant Mimi, but she absolutely does not possess the professional qualities of a broker. There has never been clear communication; I had to constantly call and email myself to get updates. Every time understanding is shown and improvement is promised, but changes absolutely do not follow, the same song and dance every time! Do not do business with these people! Terrible!

Unfortunately, we bought a house through them last year and although the owner of Wilburg admitted to not being honest and tried to make it right, we still have problems after a year with an issue that he kept hidden from us until we were contractually bound to buy the house. If we had known that the police and the municipality were involved before we committed to buying, we would not have proceeded if Ruud, the owner, had been honest. And if someone from Wilburg responds to this and says that the facts are untrue, I have an email chain that proves it all and I would also like to post a review.

Good office, understands the matter at hand. They are honest and transparent. The customer is central. Sometimes a bit more difficult to reach by phone but that's the case everywhere nowadays with staff shortages. They always follow up quickly afterwards.
