Rotsvast Delft & Rotterdam

Ik ben onlangs naar Delft verhuisd en heb binnen twee weken na mijn eerste contact een plek gevonden om te wonen! De service van Kevin was erg vriendelijk en professioneel. Ik heb helemaal geen problemen ondervonden. Een echte aanrader. Heel erg bedankt! :)

I ended up with this agency for temporary rental between two owner-occupied homes. This has been one of the worst experiences I've had in years. The low points: - Contract with unreasonable conditions - Trying to collect municipal taxes where they have no authority - Being late for key handover - Unreachable by phone, connection is dropped - Incorrectly recording meter readings and later claiming far too high consumption - Continuously failing to honor contracts and agreements - Very rude owner. This man sends “get a life” as a response when I point out the various problems. And he doesn't respond when I ask him if this is normal behavior Think very carefully before renting with this agency. There are better real estate agents in the Delft region.

Extremely offensive and rude staff. They charged me a lot of money in administrative fees! When I left, I cleaned the apartment for two days, but they withheld half of my deposit for cleaning costs!
